Trying to play base New Game+ for Insanity is buns

you can get 35,000 points for beating he game without using any heals and on casual if you go to danger after a short time you regain health back to casual. you can also get 35,000 points for beating the game without crafting any ammo with blood. which you can really only do on casual i would say.

on standard or insanity you're probably going to need that crafting to stay alive. if you don't have infinite ammo

i beat the game normally first time just enjoying it. 2nd time i used the infinite knife and just knifed everything with grace and hatcheted most things with leon

so i didn't heal or use blood to craft and got infinite ammo and it was off to the races

It's what I did, I beat the game under 4 hours without healing. The good thing is that you auto heal on casual

a lot of leons later segments can just kinda be ran right through without engaging the zombies

if you have the rpg and infinite ammo(its a separate purchase than gun infinite ammo) the insanity run is a breeze
