Besides the usual achievements about visiting a certain amount of cities and visiting certain view points which every state has in the game, Iowa got one for driving over the "iconic bridge" in Madison County and an achievement called Piggy Express, where you have to deliver 2 live pigs cargo deliveries from Iowan livestock farms

I guess they didn't wanna go with corn again, since that was involved in a Nebraska DLC achievement
