From a personal POV, I'm particularly repulsed by people who have a public persona based around what virtually boils down to virtue signaling, taking the blood money to do the whitewashing for their government. Don't care for anyone to do it, but if your whole bit is about being progressive, anti-tyranny, etc. and you're doing shit for the Saudis... yeah, you're cooked
