Good things are ahead though, all in time. Gotta focus on developing ourselves, give ourselves grace to be human, but still keep the perspective of being grateful for what you have, and letting go of or at least accepting the things that only bring negativity to our lives.

yeah having to leave work cuz of it is rough for sure…but sometimes it’s the only resolve..that pit just gets bigger and bigger some days..it’s why I have a Xanax prescriptio, only use in case of emergency type thing.

this helps. Thanks homie. It's hard being lonely as a man too and it's hard to be rejected so angrily too. Brought up a lot of feelings and yeah, sometimes I struggle with being able to let those feelings pass. But you're right, I'll keep getting stronger and things will get better. I know I'm good enough to be alone , just hard to to struggle with wanting to share that love with others and to be essentially treated as weak due to that. Gotta work on my patience too I guess

Made a decision to try some therapy again. Found a dude focused on men's mental health. Hopefully a fit. Struggling a bit to deal with certain stuff and parts of myself.
