Made a decision to try some therapy again. Found a dude focused on men's mental health. Hopefully a fit. Struggling a bit to deal with certain stuff and parts of myself.

I have my list of 12 and a bunch of alternates. I looked at the albums taken last time around and none of my 12 were taken, which could be a bad sign, but there was a lot from the same artists that I have in mind, so perhaps not. Anyways, I'll be happy in a sense if I can choose 12 good albums and not have any of them overlap with the last one, which I wasn't part of but still.

this helps. Thanks homie. It's hard being lonely as a man too and it's hard to be rejected so angrily too. Brought up a lot of feelings and yeah, sometimes I struggle with being able to let those feelings pass. But you're right, I'll keep getting stronger and things will get better. I know I'm good enough to be alone , just hard to to struggle with wanting to share that love with others and to be essentially treated as weak due to that. Gotta work on my patience too I guess
