Welp folks. I'm gonna break the news to you, but I'm moving out of the place I'm in this weekend to move into an new place. It's a downgrade, but the landlord's nicer than the asshole who's kicking us out.

So yeah, I'm gonna be super busy this weekend.

If there is one thing I don't want to do again, it's move even though I have thought about buying another house and renting out the one I am currently living in. The house payments are dirt cheap and I could essentially double my house payment for rent and make out ok and that would be extra income each month.

This will also be the third time since I've moved since 2023.
