steam is sketch sometimes

sometimes its like a roller coaster

will drop to 0 then jump up for like a solid minute then drop to 0 again

it scared me and made me delete multiple games a few days ago because it was stuck at 100 would not let me cancel and would not load the game

took me 2 hours to fix it

my guess/hope is that it might be installing during those down times

it does instal u can see it when theres hardrive movement

but yeah it can be annoying

I think a pc restart fixed it

For me I had to clear download cache but first 5 yikes it did nothing but spin. Then randomly worked
