I think the first time I questioned of either bc of something small or just that confidential episode my parents just said yeah it's just a TV show lol and I was like okay cool that makes sense. I had basically just realized Scooby doo wasn't real anyway

I was already playing the games and watching tapes and shit before I even gained sentience

I'm sure watching like WM9 i probably thought it was real but for as long as i can remember i knew it was staged.

Yeah I was watching from birth

Idk about you guys, but if I have my non-wrestling buddies over to watch an AEW ppv, those MF will defend Wrestling not being "fake".

the undertaker was a big part of that, this dead dude can do anything he wants and decides to wrestle ppl

My film friend is my favorite to watch wrestling with bc he gets so nerdy about how good of live theater it is, I took him to a GCW show once

He stabbed himself with a light tube shard that almost hit us and then acted surprised when it hurt like we didn't just see it explode

Honestly one of the best exposure to my normy friends, is when Darby and Christian took the ring apart and they all went nuts when they saw that the ring is a small ass mat and wood

also Nailz, an escaped prison guy who's just showing up on TV wrestling ppl and the cops don't notice

even when there's a cop that wrestles as well while on duty.

He hasn't watched a second since but he still asked me how speedball is doing bc he loved him for coming out to brass monkey and then for being a cool kung fu guy. I'm glad I get to keep giving positive reports
