It's the usual problem with WWE booking and it's been going on for ages... it's the whole idea of them bringing the talent to the title and then be like "Well, we gave you the title, it's all in your hands now"... then they throw their hands up in the air and couldn't be arsed to take responsibility for how their champ is doing over the following months.
