I was pretty peeved last week when they substituted my variety pack of baked chips I bring for lunch with one big bag of kettle cooked lays instead...they aren't baked nor is that a variety pack that's easy to bring with lunch

i had a shopper substitute healthy protein bars with little powdered donuts, then he didnt respond when I texted him that i am diabetic and can't have them so I canceled the order and he had to go return it to the store
