So in a song by rapper Skrilla, he says "6'7" pretty randomly. It caught on with a few edits for NBA players who are 6'7 (Lamelo Ball), and also based on the fact that a lot of times when describing something you might say "oh yea it's like 6 or 7 feet" or some sort of measurement with 6-7
