I havent read Moxley's . I didnt even know he had one. Maybe I will check it out.

It is hard to tell which one I thought was best. I read Ric Flair's in one day because at the time, he was my idol. But this was like over 20 years ago. It was before we knew really what kind of person he was.

Bobby Heenan's books were REALLY good. Also, Heenan was the opposite of HBK. At his book signing, and he had as many people as HBK, Bobby stayed and signed every single book. He talked to everyone politely and personalized every single book. I told him it was a honor to meet him and he replied, "Oh it's not. It's an honor to meet you."

I don't really hate HBK, I guess. If I did, I would hate his matches. That day could have been a bad day. BUT I am no HBK, but I spend time with all of my YouTube fans. I talk to to them, answer all of their comments. And maybe I do this because of meeting HBK I dunno. But if he has mellowed out, that is good.
That was nice of Bobby to do that for you. Must of made your day I bet. It's a fine book as wrestling ones go, Moxley's. Tells which movies are good towards and which music he likes. I liked the love story of he got with Renée. That was so sweet . He seems one of the most chill guys who takes no bs. He said he would be in jail if he didn't find wrestling . HWA he found and If you like reading it's worth purchasing.

I will give it a read :)

Yeah Bobby was great. The nicest and most humble wrestling personality I met. Total opposite of his character and the greatest manager of all time

Its well worth it. Especially if you need some r and r .

All the old school wrestlers say the same. I'm going to have a look on Amazon for his book if it's good. I like reading a lot. My eye site is slowly going where I'll need to wear glasses permanently. Not looking forward at all . Life goes on I guess. Anymore books that also good?

The Tony Atlas Episode this Week was better than I thought it could be. I was never a Tony Atlas fan when I first started watching Wrestling he was pretty much out in terms of being a known talent at the time. It blows me away the guy was making 100 Grand in his first Year in Wrestling if only he didn't let the bloodsuckers into his life. Monica the lady who saved him being homeless and later marrying him is an Angel alot of people today I feel hope each other or afraid to help. Sometimes all it takes is asking if someone is okay and that could be the aid they need is for someone to talk to them.

I learnt some cool facts about Tony this week which always makes one happy . He admitted that he was getting way to many opportunities before his peers who had all been in the business a lot longer. Loved the way he met his wife and his she helped him get back on his feet . Seems like he's in a good place now and been clean for years. Sad to see his wife after her stroke but I could see the love between them.

I'm still pissed with myself with the Vader thing as it was back in 2016 I think where it was the Ospreay vs Ricochet match and people called it gymnastics so RPW booked a match between Ospreay and Vader and I had a ticket but I went out after work and just couldn't be bothered to travel - Bethnal Green is a total dump. I still regret not going and apparently Vader changed the finish

I'll post later about the last couple of episodes as I couldn't really see that well after having conjunctivitis last couple of weeks . Glad it's a bank holiday as I'll be raring for work on Tuesday and all cleared by my doctor, thanks goodness. Comes in threes and I've had my fill this year with illness.

The acclaimed docuseries “Dark Side of the Ring” has set the premiere date for its seventh season at Vice TV, Variety has learned exclusively.

The new season will kick off on July 7 at 9 p.m. ET with two back-to-back episodes. New episodes will then air weekly thereafter. The season will begin with a three-part deep dive into Total Nonstop Action (TNA) Wrestling and co-founder and performer Jeff Jarrett.

“’Dark Side of the Ring’ is one of our strongest franchises that speaks to our audience with its gritty exposition of the real emotional and physical costs behind professional wrestling,” said Vice TV president Pete Gaffney. “Wrestling is one of America’s most influential pop culture phenomenons, and this series further explores the blurred lines between wrestling’s spectacle and reality, ultimately uncovering the truths behind the stories fans thought they knew.”

Additional episodes in Season 7 will tell the stories of wrestlers like Paul Orndorff, Ray “The Big Boss Man” Traylor, and Missy Hyatt. There will also be episodes devoted to the infamous match between Necro Butcher and Samoa Joe, one-legged wrestler Zach Gowen, and Rick Wilson, an exotic dancer who had a brief run as Ultimate Warrior knockoff The Renegade.

“Each season, we try to challenge ourselves to go deeper, and season seven is our most ambitious yet,” said co-creators and executive producers Evan Husney and Jason Eisener. “That’s especially true with our three-part exploration of TNA Wrestling, where Jeff Jarrett’s journey of redemption and resilience gives us a unique lens into the highs, struggles, and lasting impact of the foundational years of the company. It’s a perfect example of how compelling and ultimately human these stories really are.”

“Dark Side of the Ring” is a Vice Studios production in partnership with Bell Media’s Crave. Husney is co-creator, executive producer, and writer for the series. Eisener is co-creator, executive producer, and director. Executive Producer for Vice Studios is Guillermo Garcia. Executive Producer for Vice TV is Lee Hoffman. The series is distributed worldwide by VICE Distribution.

“Dark Side of the Ring” remains one of Vice’s biggest TV hits. It spawned the “Dark Side” franchise that now also includes “Dark Side of Football,” “Dark Side of the 90s,” “Dark Side of the 2000s,” “Dark Side of Reality TV,” and “Dark Side of the Cage.”

Three parts of this show dedicated to TNA/Jeff Jarrett seems quite excessive considering how much more fucked up shit they've covered, though there's plenty of history to dive into so I can see how they'd easily stretch it over 3 parts.

Sounds pretty good. Three episodes of TNA seems a little weird, but being a huge Jeff Jarrett fan, I am sure that I will enjoy it. Everything else sounds pretty good, too, but I think the episode on Rick Wilson might be the most intriguing. I know a lot of the details already, but as it is with this series, I am sure that I will be hearing things that I have never heard before.
