Bored of my usual reading material of Terry Pratchett, Stephen King, Dean Koontz and Doug Naylor.

Can anyone recommend a new book thats pretty recent thats a good read?

You could try Scott Smith. He has a book called The Ruins or The Ruined that you might like.
