So we all know what Kurt Angle did last weekend, getting arrested for stalking that guy (aka Rhaka Kahn), possession of HGH, and driving while on a suspended license. In the WWE, there is no question that he would be fired, stripped of the World Title, and sent home to take care of his problems. In TNA however, he wrestled at the Hard Justice PPV, RETAINED the fucking World Title, and is still the number 1 guy in the promotion. This baffles me, I just don't understand the logic behind it. The man could be going to jail, yet he's gotten no punishment from TNA whatsoever. I think this is wrong, its not fair to all the wrestlers that play by the rules but aren't even close to the World Title picture (AJ Styles). Kurt Angle as World Champion is bad for TNA right now, after what he did, he needs time off to sort out his problems. Angle needs help.

Thoughts?

first off, im defending kurt angle not becuase i like the guy or care that he is in tna, but he was only accused of stalking rhaka khan and without any evidence from anyone but her that wont matter in court, plus the bitch had angle locked out of his own house, wheres the justice in that? the hgh yes he got caught with, he says he has a prescription, either way i believe its still illegal so shame on him for that one. the driving on a suspended liscense wont hold up in court either becuase it technically shouldnt be suspended becuase of the DUI case in which it was suspended, Angle was found innocent of therefor the suspension would be lifted, it just hadnt been done in the computer system yet.

so all he got caught with was hgh, and after the benoit thing happened just about the whole wwe roster was tested positive, including orton & edge, and they werent fired. in WWE they wouldnt have released any main eventer if this happened. maybe suspended but not fired, this isnt the NFL and the ticky tacky suspension without being proven guilty, let the guy go to court first. a bad mark on tna, yes, but truthfully the only ones that care are the company and the IWC, and thats a very small portion of wrestling fans, and most wrestling fans wont even hear about this.

my take on this for tna would be to temporarily suspend angle until the legal proceedings take place, make him pass a physical to come back to the ring, test him for hgh, and if its all clean then theres no reason he shouldnt return right? he would be found innocent

Kurt's one of my favorite wrestlers but I don't think he should be champ right now. Though I'm hoping that since they had him retain, this means a title change or regular tv and then Kurt gets taken off tv for a while. But as the guy above me said, all it reallyis is that he had HGH on him. He was driving on a suspended liscense (come on now, after having your liscense for at least 20 30 years, you're bound to do it once.) He was accused of stalking, which you don't know if he was or not. But I know I'd be hella pissed if somebody got a restraining order on me and got me taken out of MY OWN HOUSE.

He should be suspended yes, and not have the World title, but people are going over board with the stuff they are saying.

I want him to drop, the strap, but of storyline reasons and not for his arrest. Unless he is declared guilty in court, TNA should stand by him. However, I think they might as well just work towards him gradually dropping the belt. Find a guy to drop to, and build a quality feud so that Kurt looks strong but loses the championship, regardless of whether he goes to jail or not.
