If Malakai is returning to WWE like rumoured, then probably best not to give him the belt. But I'll say that this feud was one of the best the House of Black has done and is a good potential "final feud" for Black

Apparently it at least was meant to end soon, but some time was added due to injury. I'm not 100% sure. I say "If" but I still think the feud was damn good and even in defeat Malakai took Copeland to the limit mentally and physically.

And if he's around longer, I hope he can get a juicy storyline after he takes a week or two to sell the pain, Adam maybe showing a mean streak still to show the House's influence on him or something else to show that Malakai did a number on him mentally.

The fightful resources page notes malakais contract as ending earliest in 2027. Idk why ppl invent things about his contract running out without citing sources

I'm sure Rosie saw the same thing that I saw, which was one of those rumors roundup things from, I wanna say, WON or Cageside Seats (coulda been literally any site tho tbh) that stated exactly what we did. That his contract was due to be up soon but time was added due to injury - which cited Fightful as a source. Can't find it now, but I also saw a Ringside News article with an SRS quote that reads "I asked about it this week and it doesn’t look like it’s going to be up in July before the options hit. I think there was a little bit of time added to it,"
