Yeah. Off the top of my head Blake Christian, Rohit Raju, Josh Woods, and Willow have all won on Dark but aren't signed. Probably more, they use them as tryouts and aren't always losses, especially since the moved to universal

Does Peter Avalon count? His contract expired and he wasn't renewed but he stayed on as PPA (pay per appearance not pretty Peter Avalon), so means he's technically not ALL ELITE

Updated to add Jack Evans to removals list. Leon Ruff will be added once confirmed to be 'all elite'. As yet there is no official graphic nor is he on the roster page. I assume as this point he's on a per appearance deal.

Leon probably saw Swerve and backed away.
