^^^^LOL... Hilarious.

That'd have been a fun angle if he'd beat all these guys only to finally face Savage (and at least he could say he sized up well to a legend) , but WDF with getting a guy in just to beat one of your midcarders????

Dumb move by Anvil IMO too.... With Natty (His daughter FFS!), Smith & Kid in WWE and rumours of Bret doing shit in the future, I'm sure they'd have been up for using him for an angle or two too, whereas I doubt they'd bother now.

Is he all fucked up then?

Not paid much attention to his exploits over the years.

That said, I did get the Hart Foundation RF shoot vid a while back, but switched it off in no time because it was so boring & monotone... It's hard to believe, but Bret was actually (admittedly only marginally) more entertaining/engaging to listen to than Neidhart was!

I recall reading in a few books (Bret's bio, Ring of Hell) that he was pretty messed up.

There was a lawsuit he had against American Airlines that Vince bankrolled for him that he won and never paid Vince back because he blew it all on crack.

Have you seen Savaga lately? He looks more like a member of ZZ Top than anything.

^^^LOL... (I never thought I'd see the day where a thread about Neidhart would contain a reference to ZZ-Top that in fact WASN'T about him!!!)

Still, can't be any worse a prospect than a crack-adled Neidhart who was NEVER a singles callibre performer to begin with (Besides, a haircut, a bunch o' roids and a stint in the gym... Boom... He'll be back to his late 90's, cough, errrrr... 'best'.)... Not like it would need to lead to a full scale return or anything...

Seriously, I just wanna see Lethal get destroyed by my all-time fave wrestler for stealing/shitting on his gimmick (I don't know HOW it can be deemed a tribute)... Can you tell? ;o]

Random thought... Maybe Hogan will be able to coax Savage out of retirement when he takes over at TNA? ...One more clash between him & Savage has often been teased by Hogan (inc. Raw 15th Anniversay).

Coax Savage OUT of retirement? I don't know if Savage realizes he hasn't been wrestling for over 10 years...he's out of his fucking mind. Have you ever seen the promos he used to cut on his web site? Fucking HILARIOUS.
All of sudden he looked like he added about 20 years onto his age...especially since he stopped dying his hair/beard. Hogan looks a million times better than Savage right now.

Like I say, since editing my post.... Not talking anything like a full return...

Prime directive: Kill Lethal (and prob have a nostalgia match of some description with Hogan.)

Not seen the vids... Will have a sniff... Last biz from Macho I recall was his rap album from years ago.... Thinking about it he seemed pretty insane at that point.

Shit, bring Lanny back to bury that shitty gimmick then.... Whatever needs to be done.

I saw it a few hours ago on another computer, so I can't quote it but if you go to any news sites like WZ or alike, you can find it.

The next guy after Hart on the list of wrestlers for him to face is
Raven, who will be at the next weeks tapings.

* That is a spoiler, and a wrong one at that, use the damned spoiler tags. I'm going to start handing out infractions starting now.

The Anvil realized the family is popular again and decided to get up from the La-Z-Boy chair trying to cash on it. Just so he can be built up for a good angle and then no-show for a PPV.

It's been done before, *Points to Mr. Hall*
