We reported several minutes ago that former WWE Tag Team Champion Jim "The Anvil" Neidhart is backstage at the TNA Impact tapings scheduled for tonight. ProWrestling.net has noted that his TNA booking did take place PRIOR to Hulk Hogan and Eric Bischoff signing with TNA, so bringing Neidhart in for the taping tonight was NOT a move made by either Hogan or Bischoff.

Damn. I thought it was Teddy Hart. Teddy is probably one guy that would be amazing in TNA, other than the attitude. Even without the last name, he still could really put on a show.

Jim Neidhart? I don't know why TNA would want him to begin with.

at least flair is still exciting. Honestly when i saw the title i was amped because I though Teddy Hart was debuting but kinda got disapointed. Its funny how he rather not be with his daughter

I don't think this is a long term thing. I read that they are starting something new with Lethal and bringing in older guys for him to have matches with. Asuming to go with the Savage character. So I'm sure this is a one term deal. Sucks it's not Teddy Hart though.

EDIT:

-Jim Neidhart is also in for a short run. He will be an opponent for "Black Machismo" Jay Lethal, who is going to be working against a series of '80s wrestlers
