Hell yeah we lost in Vietnam... A bunch of Vietnamese that knew their land and how to use it, and how to gain from it.. They were way more strategized in that war, plus they had a purpose to fight. Johnson put us into that war because the U.S.S. Maddox was "supposedly" attacked beyond the intercoastal waterways. Even though we were only attacked once, he claimed we were attacked twice when WE were the ones spying on Vietnam.. I'll admit, we had no purpose of fighting in Vietnam.
