Unpopular opinion: Putting new, fresh Tag Teams together for Ticket Wars can be as amazing (and is often more intriguing to see, at least for me), than *just* putting two established Teams against each other.

Unpopular opinion: Putting new, fresh Tag Teams together for Ticket Wars can be as amazing (and is often more intriguing to see, at least for me), than *just* putting two established Teams against each other.

I think putting a fresh tag team in something that can build long-term would be fun, but if I’m only grading a single card, I’m probably gonna go with the one that has established teams fighting each other versus the one that has thrown together teams.

It’s interesting that I’ve actually come a long way on that. I’m still a hard-core fuck that guy but when it comes to retro stuff, I’m not even removing him from a WCW BTB that I’ve been pre-planning like 1000 years.

If I'm doing fantasy stuff pre 2007 it's not that hard for me to factor him in naturally but I usually try and really put myself into the time period anyway that's what's half the fun for me. Rewatching old stuff is whatever it's just history to me I watch a ton of terrible people on screen.

But something like this where it's like all time idk it's harder to ignore lmao
