Like, obviously there's a little bit of a grace period I'd say. Like if you go a few rounds without drafting a partner, then I would say fair game. Its why Brett taking Christian as an example didn't cause an issue. Looch probably didn't have a plan there. But yeah, I personally try and be nice about it and give them the chance. Guess we can't expect everyone to do that. Is what it is. But nice to know now.
Exactly. I actually just mentioned this. Edge was taken. Christian went by several rounds, but he’s fair. But you cannot take the other part of a team in the same goddamn round.
It's always somewhat depending on the case. I wouldn't have been mad about Christian going immediately, because I didn't even think of booking E&C, even though we had the discussion about them as a Tag before in this very thread.

But even if I had, Edge and Christian are both big single starts in their own right, I feel like that is more of a gray area with them, than let's say the Usos for example... so I would have been disappointed, but would just take it as shit happens.
But also that's why it is good there is no actual written down rule about Tags, because you can very quickly fall down a rabbit hole with it. If we take Scott Hall as an example, especially with this draft being about all of Wrestling history, that someone would've wanted to put him with Hennig, since they were AWA Tag Champions back in the day etc. ...so it can really get outta hand, if we'd block every possible Tag Team partner the moment someone was picked.
