Since when is having 1/3 of an act enough to say "I call dibs on 4 guys you can't draft them civility? It's cheating, plain and simple. Let's just give Jean 20 consecutive picks so he can have whoever he wants. That's what you're asking for

Look man. It’s different if it’s a legit tag team like the new day but if you want to treat it like you can break up any tagteam you want be my guess. But I think that’s bullshit. I don’t like it and you’re not gonna convince me otherwise.

I also think timing is big. Like when Christian got taken, I was like fair enough because I looked and edge was taken a long time ago. That I think is fair but you shouldn’t do it the same round.

Like, obviously there's a little bit of a grace period I'd say. Like if you go a few rounds without drafting a partner, then I would say fair game. Its why Brett taking Christian as an example didn't cause an issue. Looch probably didn't have a plan there. But yeah, I personally try and be nice about it and give them the chance. Guess we can't expect everyone to do that. Is what it is. But nice to know now.

Yeah, I wish I knew a little bit more about that but I assume you have to be able to change the entire card because otherwise why would you get two people’s pics but I wouldn’t just throw them into any random match lol

I like the idea... If I'd come up with this, I would do something like you can't change your whole card, but you can simply add the 1-2 people you take from the defeated to just add them, in which way you want, to your card. Be it as an extra singles match against each other, or making a Trios match out of a Tag Match etc.

This is fucking ridiculous. Kofi going around this point is completely logical. If Jean wanted him he should have drafted E and Kofi consecutively. He had the opportunity and chose not to. Can't complain there. It's not like I picked someone who has no use as a single.

Exactly. I actually just mentioned this. Edge was taken. Christian went by several rounds, but he’s fair. But you cannot take the other part of a team in the same goddamn round.

You can’t say he didn’t because you literally didn’t give him a chance to. His next round hadn’t come up if he skipped a member of new day and then it came back to him fair enough.

It's really not that deep man. Announcing a 6 man match when you have 2/6 of the participants is an incredibly risky move to make. Should we all bring up who we're looking to go for, thus nullifying the draft in general?

Taking the New Day is risky because Big E and Kofi have substantial and credible singles careers worth taking. As we mentioned things like E & C, Outsiders, DX, were never safe.

Acting as if Troop went and took D'von Dudley or Stan Lane is just bad faith.

I personally think announcing your plans for a match prior to you attaining all members of said match is more of an obnoxious thing to do in a draft then sniping someone's pick tbf.

I don't anyone said that..I think people were more talking about gamesmanship and cammaderie in not purposefully screwing with each other's picks too much. It's fine that you have a different viewpoint. I find it rather unnecessary to get that aggressive and not be willing to also view the other side. We can have disagreements without false equivalents and putting words in each other's mouths. This shouldn't be about winning a debate, and we're supposed to be yes be having fun at the end of the day. Let's not lose sight of that.
