Sorry, I got caught up in things forgot to make this.

So what did you guys think? That was one of the most epic Raw's I have ever seen, in recent memory anyways.

amazing Raw.. the whole Kofi/Orton segment was SPECTACULAR... that feud is great I'm glad they haven't ruined it yet. And the main event was perfect, overall one of the best Raws, if not the best one imo of 2009

It's pretty obvious that Piper is god and he is the greatest host to ever live.

The Miz is the best thing going on RAW, Kofi/Orton feud is still going good, and Cena/Taker at Mania please.... that's it. Nothing else was good or stood out at all.

"Cena/Taker at Mania please"

I both predicted (AND convinced myself that I wanted to see) this some time ago, but even then, unless Cena/Taker leads to:

World title unification

or

Heel Cena

...Then, really, who cares?

+ Cena jobbing for Taker just rubber stamps the predictability of Taker going over each year at WM.

Yeah i think a slow build cena heel turn towards Wm 26. And both seeds were planted for cena vs taker at wm26 and piper vs Vince. I liked raw it was better than it has been for a while. Was it cause it was at Madison square garden? I'm not so sure but damn it liked it. I wanted someone to come out to face sheamus though.

RAW had an awesome "feel" to it last night. Bringing the fans in closer, smaller entrance way was pretty awesome...too bad the actual show sucked. Miz was without a doubt the highlight of the night which is pretty sad. The guys is an absolute heat magnet and is really progressing at a scary rate. The crowd last night was probably the best they've had in years (sorry guys but NY crowds are always the best).
Orton's segment with Kofi was pretty awesome, botched punt/music cue aside. LOL @ Orton throwing his arms up getting all pissed. Kofi got some height on that leg drop huh?

Anyone else think failed attempt to get DX some heat by pedigreeing Hornswoggle? It's almost as if HHH realized it didn't work as he shrugged at HBK after the pedigree when everyone started cheering. But seriously, what did they expect? NY crowds are almost always behind the heel and hate the super babyface.

Swagger squashing Bourne...AGAIN. How many matches are these two going to have without actually being in a fucking feud?

I seriously thought something good was going to happen because of the overrun, but it was the same garbage. Cena getting the win, Undertaker standing tall sticking his tongue out.

And really...feuding Sheamus with a commentator?

Bottom line the MSG crowd last night was in the palm of their fucking hands and really wanted something they could explode to....and they still managed to put on a sub par shitty show.

I am not digging Taker vs. Cena at Mania, that is way too predictable and just lame over all.

I thought Raw was pretty damn good IMO.
Miz rocks right now and gets sooooo much heat. I have different Opinion of HHH pedigree on Horny from my ears it seemed to me like he got some heat. Granted not a huge load of heat but he did get heat. Soooo IMO if that had been HBK that was on the end of that pedigree i think the heat would have been a WHOLE different ball game. Oh and i agree with the short walk down to the ring was good the fans seemed right close and the atmosphere sound awesome.

Swagger/Bourne I'm not sure what i really thought of that match TBH i dont think Swagger should have lost last week, I'm at a loss as to how they are booking Swagger TBH.

Main Event was pretty good i thought. Cena got the pin on HHH who seems to be putting ppl over quite a bit lately. I thought Taker would get it, But he nailed Cena and stood tall in the end. Predictable yes, But entertaining anyways. 3 seeds planted in that match IMO Taker/Cena and unfinished business between Taker/Michael's and also Cena/HHH. Id like to see Cena/Taker but as said above only if it was for Unified title or Heel Cena.
Anyway i enjoyed Raw this week.

Oh yeah Hot rod rocked at guest host he is a legend ;)

The heat HHH got was more of "Aaawwww that was mean!" heat than anything else IMO. Obviously the heat would have been completely different with a Pedigree on HBK..lol

The entrance ramp was that way because they always sell out MSG to the extreme so there really isn't any room for a huge stage, it was the same way during the Rumble?? (right?) a few years ago. Though I would greatly prefer them to keep that set up if possible, looks much cooler like that. A more interactive feel.
Who else thought Taker's druids were going to set someone on fire!? LOL!

And yeah, what the hell is up with Swagger? Does he want to be undefeated? Does he want to fuck Eve? Does he want the US title? What the hell is going on with him?

And as I said, Miz is progressing as such a scary rate lately. DID YOU HEAR THAT FUCKING HEAT!? Next to Jericho he's probably the most over heel in the company right now. I'd say Orton too but he gets such a mixed reaction you can never tell.

Also...where the fuck was Legacy?????

Took the words right out of my mouth. They seem to be flip flopping with Swagger every week. He is always doing something different.

WWE is in a fucking state of crisis right now. And it's not only just the PG thing, they're almost trying to steer the fucking company away from WRESTLING! Everything is a mess and they're more hell bent on how many fucking C list celebrities they can squeeze into a two hour show than building stars and making a quality show.

I thought the Kofi/Orton brawl was fucking AMAZING Kofi i think is going to slowly drop the "Boom,Boom" nonsense in the coming months but MVP/Miz was the highlight imo

Raw was good with storylines and build, but not really the matches.

Anyone else think they were doing some hinting with HHH and HBK before they beat down Hornswoggle? They were saying they would never split up like JeriShow, I thought that was something interesting. But the rest of the segment was lame.

The Miz has been great, I think he could've been as good a heel for a long time, with more seriousness.

Kofi/Orton is another good feud. I like how it's not just a one on one feud, they've involved Legacy and the Red guys too. Kofi could be a step up from Jeff Hardy if you want that type of main event guy.

But I didn't really like the main event. Undertaker still bores me, and it was disappointing match wise. I don't want to see Taker/Cena at Wrestlemania.

They should've capitalized on being in NYC other than a video and Santino. IDK why, but I still love "Empire State of Mind" when I hear it almost every hour.
