I love how despite all of this crap.. PEOPLE STILL DON'T GIVE A SHIT ABOUT MCCOOL! Her segment was the only bad thing in what was an otherwise awesome show.
I'm usually not a fan of the whole bait and switch, but with the title match barely getting mentioned these past couple of weeks (And DX/SES having no interaction until SD) it made sense to leave the match for a later date.
HHH v Punk was damn good, and the thing is that both men could have a better match on PPV. I liked that Punk was actually protected with the DQ loss, and he managed to get away without getting Superkicked and/or Pedigreed.
Truth v Jericho was all right. Don't really mind Jericho losing since he's just treading water until Edge comes back.
Morrison v McIntyre was Morrison's best match in a long time, and Drew's best match in his young career. The Hip-toss into the steel steps was just nasty as was the Kobashi DDT on the title belt.
Shawn v Rey was flat-out awesome and anytime we get the Springboard into SCM spot, I'm a happy wrestling fan. The non-finish made sense and everything that happened afterwards helped build towards the Rumble.
One quibble about the show.. WHAT THE HELL WAS BATISTA WEARING?!? GOLF BALLS DON'T HOLD GRUDGES!

Great SD this week all of it was brilliant bar one thing Takers bitch vs Layla that was shite.
HHH/Punk promo was the shit =]. And there match was really good and Punk looked pretty good through out the match Like to see them two go at it 1 on 1 again at some point they worked a good match.

Great Smackdown. This SES is getting fucking great. It's really start to develop that really creepy cult vibe... brilliant stuff.
I missed bits and pieces of it and sadly most of Jomo/Drew... but from what I saw it was great.

I got sick flashbacks of HBK SCM on Shelton in 2005 off the springboard. Both HBK vs. Rey and HHH vs. Punk were fantastic matches. Sucks they weren't advertised or nothing. I have a feeling Punk and Gallows are still going to get that title shot, they are still No. 1 Contenders.

"Unfortunately Hornswoggle's not here this week, so run along," ROFL. That whole promo was just gold, Triple H ftw. I think Triple H would kill himself if he had got his hair shaved =(. Kinda lead me to believe that Rey might win too, just as a transitional champ.

It was a damn good show yeah. Lets just hope the Royal Rumble tomorrow is just as good or better.
