The turn itself? Hogan. I thought the WM17 turn was pretty poorly conceived. (Getting handed a chair in a no DQ match is hardly evil personified, regardless of it was Vince that handed it to him.) SCSA's heel character on the other hand.... My fave memories of SCSA. -

C needs to get his ass into a gym.... Probably the least impressive physique in WWE (Aside from the flabby monster types and Matt Hardy). Always had the feeling his appearance has held him back somewhat over the years and right now he's looking skinnier than ever.
