    My Martial Arts Instructor really recommends it and I have done it several times. It is very relaxing even though I am only a kid but I have done it the night before a test I had to calm down a bit or even to clear my mind before I would start studying for a test or quiz. It does help.

    "Extreme" Type Sports

    I love extreme sports and I do go skateboard parks a few times a year. I really enjoy watching the experts do there stuff on a skateboard or snowboard. Some of those stunts are amazing.

    I don't really get into many sports other the Extreme Sports, especially skateboarding but I do watch the Tampa Bay Buccaneers during the NFL season. Time for the Jameis Winston era to begin this season. Should be good things to come.

    I never want to see a wrestler put his health in jeopardy by wrestling. That is really totally up to him and his doctors what he decides to do with his career. It would be sad for many fans to see him retire but hell it's his health that were talking about.

    I think SummerSlam will continue with the Main Even being Taker vs. Lesnar, but it seems like the WWE just might be gearing up for a Rollins vs. Cena matchup at SS. If that is the case I think Rollins would win that match and then they go back to Lesnar & Rollins again shortly after SummerSlam.

    After reading the op I was a little bummed to say the least. Bryan in my opinion was great for the WWE. It is awesome that he is involved with Tough Enough, but his place is in the ring entertaining the fans. So glad to see he tweeted this message. I want him back.

    Had a glass of milk and a banana so far this morning. Why the hell am I up so early. My Dad woke me up as he was making noise getting ready for work. Gah!!!!!! Now I can't fall back to sleep.

    Thanks, I will have to master the roof slam through a flaming table. That would be amazing. I'd love to be the first diva to fly from the top of a cage onto my opponent. I think that would be awesome.
