    Usually around this time WWE RAW is getting 4.0 ratings, but this past Monday's edition of RAW got another 3.4 rating for the 3rd week in a row (impactwrestling.com). One has to wonder whether WWE has to start upping their game here because ratings seem to continue to decline. Thoughts?
