  1. Marijuana A Chronic History

That's my main point. I'm not against legalizing drugs in principle, but if it has to be done, it has to be economically efficient. And as you can see, it's not 100% guaranteed that it will, and drug cartels will collapse in few days, which is generally the pro-drugs argument. Car insurance...

    I still don't believe it.

Made fun of blaze because I found it unlikely that he had a 2 gf.
  4. Marijuana A Chronic History

One of the reason it works is that there isn't a fully developed illegal market of alcohol. I'll make an example: you've been in the Netherlands right? You've been to coffee shops and stuff, yet, I recall, and correct me if I'm wrong, you ended up buying from the Moroccan at the corner. Suppose...
  5. Marijuana A Chronic History

Nope. We pay taxes in general and tickets for specific stuff. Can't tell which specific stuff since I've been in hospital only once in my life.
  6. Marijuana A Chronic History

Not to mention, government offered services have a tendency not to survive the free market, unless government prices are very low and thus low revenues. The other option is the gov being the only one to sell drugs. Which essentially would mean returning at the current state of drugs distribution...

But you get free health care. So instead of paying the ticket in case you need to cure yourself, you pay taxes to keep the service active in case you need it, sounds fine.
  8. Marijuana A Chronic History

The fact that it exists, doesn't make it right, or economically efficient. I would personally find outrageous knowing that my taxes are used to cure people who, despite being aware that they were killing their health, kept going just to feel high. Legalizing drugs with free health care is a...
  9. Marijuana A Chronic History

Doesn't change the fact that the main problem of legalizing drugs, is that with free health care, the community has to pay because you wanted to feel high. Honestly that's ridiculous.
  10. Marijuana A Chronic History

I would. If it doesn't work, we'll see what's the problem and try to correct it.

    Indeed.

    the kid in the helmet?

Depends. If you had unprotected sex with somebody and you knew he had aids, then it's your fault, you pay. If he didn't tell you, it's his fault, he pays. Again, I'm pretty sure if you have sex with somebody with aids and he doesn't tell you, you could start legal action or something. At least here.
  15. The State of AWF

    he's in the coppa usergroup

Or you could just make the ''drug cure'' not free without changing everything else. Meaning health care remains free as long as health problems are not due to drug use. In that case, you pay.

Remember me to do that tomorrow. I'm going to leave in a while and I don't have the time to fix things if I fuck up.
  19. Marijuana A Chronic History

I still don't see why the gov should bother healing you when you ruined your health. You pay, you get drugs. You pay, you get cured. Sounds fine to me.
