    i reallyu don't hate vickie as a heel gm but she is just to dam annoying they said regal on screen dropped ratings well everyone i know turns the t.v off the minute they here vickies voice and seeing as she talks way to much they end up missing half the show with her ten minute promos

    well it is almost certain we will be stuck with vickie for a long time now that teddy quit and appears to be the raw GM soon. i can't really understand this move since regal was ok before the whole king gimmick happened then he started to suck by he is nowhere near how bad vickie is looks to me...

    cade will last for about 6 months as a jobbing heel then get fired and murdoch will just get fired withing 2 since he can't really fit in for any singles storylines

    basicly any of the MMA chokes and submissions i use those alot and get instant tap outs but the triangle choke and the ankle lock (not the kurt angle style the reel one that works the calf and ankle) hurt the most if you do it right
