  1. Fedor Emelianenko

No offense but if you think affliction is better than the UFC you don't know much about MMA. The only division that even comes close to the UFCs is the heavyweight division. No other division even compares.
  2. What's Next

That is a good idea but where does this leave Shane Carwin? If herring looses to Velazquez maybe feed him to Carwin
  3. What's Next

^Gonzaga just faught carwin... UFC 96 Carwin won. :) A Gonzaga vs Couture rematch would be something worth watching.
  4. Official NHL Discussion Thread

LMAO at habs bashing. Try playing a season with your top 3 scorers getting injured right when their hot. The fact is we played without our 2 top defensemen and two players who were the teams top scorer when they got injured. It's like asking boston to play us without Chara, wideman, kessell...
  5. What's Next

I'd say kongo should fight against Gonzaga and if he wins that fight give the man a title shot. Honestly the thing that stopped him from getting a title shot was his loss to Heath Herring .
  6. What's Next

I think this could be an interesting topic. Basically how it works is after each ppv people can give their thoughts on what a certain fighter should do next. (You can say who he should fight next, what weight class he should go to etc.) So I'm going to start this off with Luiz Cane. IMO this...
  7. Official "UFC 97: Redemption" Discussion

Not really announced but implied. After the fight Rogan was thanking Chuck for all he has done and there's some videos on UFC.com showing chuck and he seems really emotional. I think its safe to assume he's done.
  8. Official "UFC 97: Redemption" Discussion

Basically everyone is blaming Silva but it wasn't really his fault. Leites wouldn't exchange with Silva and wouldn't attempt take downs either. Basically Silva would throw a strike and leites would drop to the ground. The crowd was chanting GSP the whole time throughout the fight. I didn't...
  9. Official "UFC 97: Redemption" Discussion

So far my all time predictions are 7-3 UFC 95 and UFC 97 (just going by win loss) I'm gonna start making predictions on the main card every event. Did anyone happen to catch the event?
  10. Official "UFC 97: Redemption" Discussion

MTG's predictions for UFC 97 Anderson Silva vs. Thales Leites: Although I'm taking silva to win I'm not doubting leites as much as most people are. In my opinion, this will be one of Silva's toughest tests to date. Thales has won 5 in a row since his first loss ever. Leites does have the...
  11. UFC title defenses (great read)

Amazing article i find it really interesting. And i agree with the fact that BJ messed up the LW division for now.
  12. Official NHL Discussion Thread

This fucking sucks dude. The habs have lost their two top defencemen. They lost their leading scorer 3 times this season. Tanguay, Lang now markov
  13. I need help MMA fans

So here's the deal, I have to do an essay for school and i decided to do it on: Why I believe Anderson Silva is a better P4P fighter than Fedor. So what i need is ideas on why that i could use in my essay :) thanks in advance. PS: I will rep whoever attempts to help.
  14. Sherdog Rankings

Liddell definitely shouldn't be after wandy there's no way. Liddell beat wandy in their last fight + wandys on a 2 fight loosing streak. Jardine is arguable.
  15. Sherdog Rankings

I more or less agree with this but i put carwin ahead of Sylvia since he hasn't fought in a while and i put Lesnar ahead of Big Nog for now. I got Lyoto ahead of Forrest. I also have Jardine at 6 Cane at 7 and Wanderlei at 8 This ones weird for me. I have Mousassi at 2, Hendo at 3, Okami...
  16. Five Fighters Who Will Lead The UFC Into The Next Decade

^I've been a Maia fan since his second fight in the UFC. Apparently he's getting a title shot at UFC 102.
  17. Five Fighters Who Will Lead The UFC Into The Next Decade

I just want everyone to know that i didn't write this but i did find it really interesting. I agree with most of these points. The pick i really love is Gray Maynard. He is definitely one of the LW's with the most potential. One guy i think he should have mentioned is Rousimar Palhares at MW...
  18. WEC Title Holders

^^ 100% Right the guys a beast and apparently he wants to move up to Featherweight eventually. Imagine Torres vs Faber... OMG
