    Was there a rating bump when he wrestled Williams? I doubt it as nobody knew the match was happening and wasn't a channel changing even by any means.

    Because developmental guys aren't released all the time. Bringing in new guys is necessary as the FCW roster is pretty thin.

    Rey losing to a guy that is going to be a big deal is actually not a big deal at all. Faces, even more so for Misterio, thrive when they're put down by a jerky heel. He was squashed in the middle of the show, it was a decent match in the main event and Misterio didn't lose any cred.

    Tremendous post. Wade Barrett is the leader of Nexus and they should keep it at that. They're original mission statment was to get or take what WWE SuperStars had. Why would Miz be apart of that? Maybe in some weird twist he would become they're leader but I don't see it.

    WHOOOOOOAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!! I said 2005, meaning when he was teaming with Mercury and started the whole glitz and glamour stuff. I typed 2005 as clear as day. Nobody remembers 2004 when he appeared in a dozen or so backstage segments.

    The world title picture and the tourny won't lead to anything long term. This past February they had Pope go over huge in tourny, lose momentum in March and again inserted into the title picture in April for a predictable lose. Hasn't been seen anywhere near the title since. The same will happen...

    Sounds like a strong basis for an opinion. ROH isn't trying to be big time and isn't for fans with the mindset of looking for big things. Ring of Honor is a great place for young talent to work and grow. The ROH belt not meaning anything? It certainly elevated Samoa Joe, CM Punk, Bryan...

  11. RVD to take time off

    RVD wrestled in maybe 3 indy cards while being off the map. RVD should have jobbed the title to somebody and then have taken the beatdown from Abyss. After wrestling a grueling match Abyss picks up the scraps and manhandles an already beaten RVD. There you go. Thats all that was needed to be done.

    I'm the same distance away and I just drive to those shows. Plus you need an HD connection to obviously get and order HDNet. And why do people still think AJ Styles is young. He is something like 32 or 33 years old.

    And does anybody real count Johnny Nitro's brief stint on RAW as his actual debut? Thats like saying Drew McIntyre debuted a couple years back. Nobody really counts that.

    The same could be said for Edge at one point when he won King of the Ring, or was beating Angle. Just because a title push doesn't happen after alot of momentum doesn't mean it can't be revisited. He actually called it The Palace of Wisdom.

    The reason for RVD taking time off is dumb but doing a tourny to crown a new champ is just off the charts stupid. Why couldn't they just do a clean title switch. Too many title changes in TNA have these dumb side stories that have to lead to the next champ. Just do more clean jobs please.

    Of course John Morrison will win the "big one" one day. It won't be for awhile though because he hasn't really been tested in big main event singles matches and I don't really see any pressure on him to make this big hurdle in fear of his time passing him up. Still has a long career ahead of...
