    The only free programmes i know of is Paint.net ( http://www.getpaint.net/ ) and Gimp ( http://www.gimp.org/ ) dont know what either of them are like though because i have never used them.

    What I'm on about ( and i think butters too ) is to have the First PPV as the battle royal, so say if 20 people turn up for it then the results from the battle royal in set up the rankings ? if you get me , Top 10 people Pro Title Division , then people ranking 11-20 will be Junior Title...

    ^^^ i agree with that , thats proberly the best way to get everything started to be honest. Have a open battle royal having to make a freestyle large piece 500x600 or above so people can be creative. then just set up the rankings from the places people come in that then continue it from there.
