    But if they're willing to put the US title on Theory who wasn't nearly as over as Dom is right now, I would assume Dom's ceiling is around there. Like a really solid talent that will have some Intercontinental runs and maybe one main title run by the end of the day.

    Well the first time they didn't play it up as Finn not wanting the briefcase to use. Think it was to be more of a, "What you cashing it in right now"? And like Jeff said portraying Finn as being completely paranoid of his ally.
