    Honestly Cities Skylines is pretty much the best option for that :lol ... Maybe some Planet Coaster could also work. Or try out OpenRCT2.

    Oh for sure... I never tried it, but they have (or had) a faster and I think simpler version too. Something like Touch edition or so. Not sure if that's still a thing.
