    Attitude Era Overglorified?

One word: overrated. HHH vs. Foley feud/match was no better than what you would see today. Hell, the match wasn't as good as Cena vs. Umaga from last year's Royal Rumble. And the build between HBK and Flair to this year's WM was better. It was overrated, and everything aside from Austin...

    Hogan "wrestles"???

And comments like yours are precisely why people are confused and think that Hogan couldn't wrestle. Working a technical match has ZERO to do with being a good wrestler, contrary to the typical thoughts of Internet Wrestling Marks everywhere. Quality wrestling has ZERO to do with the style of...

    Attitude Era Overglorified?

The Attitude Era is completely overrated. The only good things from the Attitude Era came from Rock and Austin, and things that had their influence. If it didn't in some way connect with Rock or Austin, generally it was less entertaining than what we have now. Of course, that's not to say...

    Why is hogan....

Precisely. What DOES make you a good wrestler is being able to make people care about you, and how your character does in the ring. The storytelling, the psychology, workrate, the selling, and the ability to connect with fans is what makes a wrestler great. And Hulk Hogan did that better than...

    ladyhotrod needs to calm down

Sly smuck? That's it? Damn son, I was hoping for something better. At least some kind of Slycastic remark. And I'm not meaning that in a flame way, just sincerely disappointed.

WWE Current Roster: Future Hall Of Famers Are...

Obviously Undertaker, Triple H, Shawn Michaels, and John Cena are already in. I would also say Edge is probably pretty close, as is Rey Mysterio and Chris Jericho. Batista and Randy Orton are very close as well. As far as anyone else? I can't think of anyone at the moment who would qualify.

    ladyhotrod needs to calm down

This is infinitely better than the excrement that ladyhotrod has tried to use. I got excited by it? Not hardly. It's just the truth. You know it as well as I do. I love how you make this comment when you're here for the same exact purpose. Does your hypocrisy know no bounds? LOL Well, at...

    ladyhotrod needs to calm down

So if you don't think people should be jumping into other people's business, then why are you doing it to ladyhotrod and me? Hello Mr. Hypocrisy.

    ladyhotrod needs to calm down

Yes, very astute of you. I'm well aware. Maybe you're not aware of where you are at. You're on an internet wrestling forum, posting in a thread DESIGNED to put down others. That IS the purpose of this section of the board, yes. I would think that the name of the forum "FLAME-alation Chamber"...

    ladyhotrod needs to calm down

I was going to say more than the Nazi party, but didn't want someone to say some BS about Godwin's Law.

    ladyhotrod needs to calm down

Been glad? Because you know I'm handing your ass on a silver platter, complete with all the trimmings? I believe the word you were looking for was "educated", not "estimated". Estimated really doesn't make sense. Or... ...I went to bed. Actually, now that I think about it, I'm going with what...

    ladyhotrod needs to calm down

*yawn* Is originality not a word in your vocabulary? www.dictionary.com You should use it. Look up the word "original", and then see how it doesn't apply to you. What's amazing is I even specifically asked for a little originality, and you just fell back on gay insults. So sad. I thought...

    ladyhotrod needs to calm down

LOL As she so often likes to point out, this is just the Internet. What is she going to do, call me names? Big deal. Won't help her emotional scarring from being molested as a child and call bad names because her excess fat made it hard to fit in the washtub. Aww...that's touching. I don't...

    ladyhotrod needs to calm down

LOL You remind me of the kid that everyone makes fun of back in high school. The person who thought they are hot stuff, but really just kind of live in their own little world, while everyone else just points and laughs. Want a good example of this? You and your "toughness". You stated that...

John Cena Blasts The Rock Again, Latest On Great Khali, More

It shows that John Cena is now a bigger draw than Steve Austin.

    Favorite People on IWF?

I'm not reading other people's comment because I'm sure they're not worth my time. My favorite person on this forum is Slyfox696. That man is truly bright and one hell of a funny poster. I would so have his baby.
  18. Slyfox696

    The Great Racist.

    A) Khali never used a derogatory term to describe white people. B) The people of India believe that wrestling is real, so Khali was still speaking in character. Calling this a racist comment would be like saying that Chavo Guerrero should have been suspended for Kerwin White, or that the...

With all the talk surrounding the brand extension...

I actually prefer there to be no reason to have a brand split. If I had it my way, ECW and Smackdown would be gone, and we'd just have a 3 hour Raw every Monday. That would REALLY make for much better TV and allow some shock and suspense come back to wrestling. Oh, Mr. McMahon gets blown up...

John Cena Blasts The Rock Again, Latest On Great Khali, More

Good point. The Marine did very well, both in the theater and in DVD sales. It was, by far, the best WWE movie production, and actually made the company money. Which was lucky for the WWE because Steve Austin was such a flop.
