MLW Fusion Discussion: A New ERA Begins

I actually think Comet probably doesn’t get strong ratings outside of N.W.A. so it wouldn’t surprise me if they double down and did an hour of power and then an hour of fusion.

I mean in 2026 there are more options that ever a lot of people have never even heard of comet but yet it’s a national level cable company and power is doing well on it.

Yeah, I think the larger overall problem, as sad as it is, is that a lot of cable companies and streaming services find it hard to justify putting super-indy companies on their air-time without serious incentive.

I actually figured it would be hammer and Riddle but it looks like they’re preparing for Riddle and Karrion. Which would also bang but there’s no way Riddle is gonna take this lying down.

Would be a shame because I do like him a lot.

The wrestling business by and large is doing far better now than it has even 10 years ago, but it's come at the cost of a lot of the minor companies struggling to stay on TV, and WWE once again cannibalizing other wrestling companies like TNA and AAA.

But I do think returning to legit contracts is what’s best for business so if anyone doesn’t wanna sign one the door is over there.

I personally would want MLW staying as far away from NWA as humanly possible.
