I'm thinking "no". But this is a benevolent dictatorship. What does everybody else think?

I'm very much with the no.

Maybe a trading talent period after the draft, but even then only with a very low max like 1 or 2 trades (as in 1 or 2 people can be traded) per participant. For me it's all about the draft and then work with what you have drafted. If you can basically trade out half your picks, what would be the point really.

I like you draft what you draft. It's not going to be perfect or fit your vision per se. Adapt and overcome.
