I hated the finish in the Rhodes/Gunther match but I'll take it over a clean finish with Cody retaining. Now let's run it back and make Gunther champ please.

Rhea vs. Jade was better than their Mania match. Now Rhea moves on to a new challenger while Jade officialy starts her feud with Charlotte (one on one at SummerSlam?) I'm still not over B-Fab botching her spot.

Lesnar vs. Oba was excellent and had the right result. Oba looked like a beast (no pun intended) in defeat and he can win the rubber match to end the feud for good. Now imagine those two inside hell in a cell.

Sol and Becky didn't really feel like they have good chemistry in the ring but the match was solid. Hopefully, this won't be another Maxxine who just loses it back to Becky in a month or another Lyra who ends up floating around the roster without direction.

I'm way past the Bloodline saga by this point. The Tribal Combat was good but I'm getting tired of the whole "acknowledge" your Tribal Chief thing. I have no interest in another match between those two or another war with Solo and his Bloodline rip offs. Imagine all the feuds and matches Roman could have with the like of Breakker, Oba or Gunther. Hell, even with Rollins they have some unfinished business.

I understand the long term planning, but there should still be short term satisfaction in the midst and this had none of it.

That is fair. BrOba 2, Roman/Fatu, and Cody/Gunther were al designed to push the big payoff later down the road. For sure it will make those payoffs better (especially Brock/Oba), but the show wasn't transformative at all.
