What a long race the 600 is. Every year watching it is like an endurance even for us. Especially with the rain factoring in.
So happy for Daniel Suarez! Seems fitting for him to get his first win at Spire in the first cup race without Kyle Busch. Kyle sold KBM to Spire, drove for Spire after....got his last win in NASCAR for Spire in the 7 truck.... Spire wins tonight with Suarez in the 7 car! Also Kyle is number 8, Suarez is number 7. 8 - 1 (one less driver with Kyle gone) = 7. 7 wins. It's late, im loopy. This win was meant to be. I was actually happy to see the rain end the race because I felt like Hamlin could have won and that would have sucked. Suarez holding them off was exciting for sure.
