It's a merger of a picture of Andy Kaufman and Tony Clifton making the cover of PWI.

Here is just the wrestler himself;

CHARACTER DESCRIPTION

GIMMICK:
A delusional, bitter nightclub entertainer from the 1970s who insists he’s a legendary celebrity despite wrestling in front of tiny crowds. He sings badly, insults fans, demands respect he hasn’t earned, and treats wrestling matches like interruptions to his “show business career.” Underneath the comedy is a surprisingly violent brawler who snaps when humiliated.

ALIGNMENT:
Tweener/Heel

CATCHPHRASES:

  • “You people are looking at a STAR.”
  • “Cut the music, sweetheart.”
  • “I didn’t come here to wrestle for peasants.”
  • “Buy a ticket next time!”
  • “The show stops when I say it stops.”
  • "Lives is gonna be in Tony Clifton's hands."

CHARACTER HISTORY

Tony Clifton spent decades claiming to be a legendary entertainer who was “blacklisted by Hollywood elites.” After being laughed out of casinos, comedy clubs, and county fairs, he wandered into professional wrestling and discovered something horrifying: wrestling fans actually hated him enough to make him famous again.

Now he treats every match like a personal insult, every crowd like unpaid customers, and every championship like proof he was right all along.

Though often ridiculous and self-destructive, Clifton becomes frighteningly violent whenever the audience stops laughing with him and starts laughing at him.

ENTRANCE INFORMATION

ENTRANCE MUSIC:
Summer of ’69”

REGULAR ENTRANCE DESCRIPTION

The lights dim as Tony Clifton stumbles onto the stage in old school wrestling robe with TC printed on the lapel and tinted sunglasses, carrying a microphone and a drink. Before the match even begins, he loudly complains about the audience, the venue, and the state of the wrestling business.

He attempts to sing over his entrance music, frequently off-key.

Halfway down the ramp, he stops to berate a fan in the front row before suddenly smashing the microphone into the ring post.

By the time he enters the ring, the crowd has gone from laughing to genuinely uncomfortable — exactly the reaction Clifton wants.

We'll need an actual photo avatar for purposes of graphics, otherwise, good stuff
I edited it. How's that?

It is kind of an offbeat character, but that will give me chances to be more creative.

Approved!

The decades of decadence has come to infect AMA!

This type of throwback sleeve is a perfect fit. For graphics purposes we’ll use late stage Terry Funk, but with our imagination we’ll picture that perfect rendition made by the Professor! Welcome!
