Going here tonight for the second time. Thinking about going Spicy Gemelli and the crispy artichokes. I got steak and beef tartare last time but trying to eat less red meat and the tartare was disappointing anyway so gonna mix it up

Made chicken tortilla soup to help with my sickness, got some tortilla strips and cheese to add to my bowl when I make it

The Tuscan Chicken turned out great! The sauce tastes nice, the chicken turned out good, everything turned out the way that it should, and I'm so happy.

Today... Chicken tenders in a potato crust (those were bought frozen) with my beloved Mississippi Sweet & Spicy bbq sauce... with brussels sprouts and Parisian carrots ("seasoned" just with some margarine and sea salt) and with a 7-herb quark

Made a soup. Beef, potatoes, carrots, onions, green beans, corn, simmered in tomato juice with some ground ginger, salt and pepper

Not the most photogenic but this pizza turned out great yesterday. I used a pre-baked crust with some spicy BBQ sauce then topped with a couple chicken breasts I pan fried with some olive oil and Tony C's right before, diced red onion, peperoncinis, cilantro and then some Colby jack cheese on top

My apologies for not taking pictures but I had the world famous Hutchins BBQ here in North Texas for the second time tonight for a late birthday dinner, God damn it's so good. We got just a pound of brisket that came with some bread, onions, pickles, jalapenos and their amazing bbq sauce that I made sandwiches with with sides of broccoli salad and creamed corn

Gonna make some bean and rice burritos for dinner this week tomorrow but prepped today by mixing together a jalepenos sauce and some homemade taco seasoning.

Jalepeno sauce is 1/4 cup each mayonnaise and sour cream, 2 tablespoons diced pickled jalapeño peppers, 1 tablespoon pickled jalapeño brine, and 1/2 teaspoon each paprika, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, chipotle chili powder, and salt

Seasoning is 1 teaspoon each dried onion flakes, flour, beef bouillon granules, garlic salt, cumin, paprika, and chili powder and 1/4 teaspoon each cayenne pepper and sugar
