I don't know how to feel after watching the Show that had Saya beat AZM for the New Japan Strong Women's Title. I like Saya but I'm done. If I have faith in Stardom's booking to use this loss for AZM to propel her for 2026 to get a World Title win over Saya but I don't and that feeling sucks to have right now.

She's in a spot where I think she'll get there with time. I honestly see her in 2026 potentially winning the white belt. She's the 1B in Neo Genesis with SLK atm. And really most units tend to have ideally one or two people really AT that world title level/about to. It was just a case of the Strong brand likely dying out so unifying it with the world title made sense.

I'm more frustrated with the thought of where does AZM go from here more so the loss itself. Saya came up the ranks the hard way and she deserves this spot and the win. Stardom loves to do hey you just loss a big time Match for a Title do you want a shot at the Tag or Trios titles and for AZM I don't want to see that for her. Saya could legit lose to Momo up next because how many times will Momo lose a big time Singles Title Match herself it goes back for Years now. After that Saya could lose to Sareee possibly in January and Syuri is back so we could see some hot potatoing the few Months or so who knows.

A testament to how great Saya has been but also to how hard the traditional 3 JP men's promotions have shit the bed this year

Sadly I think it's more the latter but I don't want to take it away from her bc it's a big deal. But it was also bittersweet that it took no Japanese man doing anything of note when Zack won last year even though I thought he deserved that one too

For the above, it's been confirmed

Maki Itoh is now in STARDOM, motherfuckers
As much I like Maki Itoh it's going to be interesting how they handle her in Stardom vs TJPW. Plenty of personality but as a Wrestler I've never been impressed by her imo. It got to the point with me she became Yano to me way too goofy and I hope she wants to change herself and take her talents to the next level. The News that got me is Saki retiring in April of this Year! Saki to me was so underrated I'm going to miss her. Maybe we can get Sumire to come back to Stardom and have one last Match with her.

"Stardom" announced that it will hold a retirement ceremony for Saki Kashima at the Yokohama Arena tournament on April 26th. At the same time, the card of the final road of the three tournaments from April 8th Paradise Tournament to April 23rd Paradise Tournament has been decided. In the de facto last match of April 23rd, in the special tag match, "Uncon Convey" with Zhu Li, the match against Momo Watanabe & AZM was decided.

President Taro Okada and Kashima attended the press conference. At the Paradise Games on January 10th, Kashima said, "I will retire with a horizontal ant in April," and after giving a shock statement, he consulted with himself and has been thinking about the way of retirement as a company.

Kashima explained the reason why he decided to retire, "As I talked about on the ring, I am tired and the limit of physical strength." In the retirement road, he said, "Please don't give up on single matches." He added: "I'm not going to play a retirement match. I thought it was a concave anecon convex, but I'm a little sorry to have Zhuli-san take a long flower path of horizontal ants. Instead, you will be allowed to have a retirement ceremony. Great please!” It was decided that a retirement ceremony would be held at 4/26 Yokohama Ali.

Also, in the April 8th day of the paradise tournament, Zhuli & Kashima vs Sorei Ami & Princess Minami & Lady C & Inaba Tomoka & Yagami Ranna & Toraryu Kiyoka will be decided as a special handicap match. God's Eye members are on the line.

Kashima said, "I want to think about what to do if I can't fight, and I want to prepare another monster stock. I would like to take a monster that will be a reverse handicap match." Pay attention to who you bring.

In the special six-person tag match at the April 11th Day Paradise Tournament, Kashima & Hazuki & Kogma vs Maika & Mei Hoshirai & Eel Sayaka will be decided. In partnership with the FWC, the opponent had a "noisy female wrestler" eel.

Kashima, who said that he wanted to work with FWC, said, "There is a player named Eel Sayaka who was fired from stardom, but I was fired and did not fight naturally, and I was entangled in SNS, and I was a little tired, so I thought that it would be an ant to be involved in the end, so I also wanted this."

Also, in April 23rd, which will be the de facto last match, a special tag match with Momo Watanabe & AZM was decided in combination with Zhuli. Although Watanabe is missing, he will return only on this day. Kashima said, "I wanted to work with a concave anecon in Korakuen, which I have a feeling, and Momo Watanabe's unit has already been expelled and changed, but I have been better. He’s a really favorite player.” In addition, "AZM-chan also (I) got along with 'Welcome home' and 'Saki-chan' when I returned to stardom, and the three of them are really memorable players, and I absolutely want to do this and asked them to team up," he said.

President Okada said, "I would like to send it to you at a grand ceremony, so I think it will be lonely because everyone is retired, but I think it is also a new beginning, so please push the back of Mr. Kashima's long hanamichi step by step."

At the end, Kashima left a message saying, "I really have no regrets anymore, so I will do a high-speed 10-count gong at the retirement ceremony of Yokohama Arena, so please come and see everyone," and left the press conference hall, "Excuse me." It was a press conference of the atmosphere that was really clear like Kashima until the end.

[One question, one answer]

- I don't play in the side ants.

Kashima: I have no more regrets in the last Korakuen. I told the ants that it was just a ceremony.

President Okada: I think we were able to come up with the most comfortable option.

- What I want to do at the ceremony

Kashima I want to do high-speed 10count gong. That's all I can give up. Ten count gongs of the out-of-the-field brawl.

- It's about the limits of physical strength.

Kashima: The limits of physical strength are really as it is. The game is fun, but I’m tired. I'm already thirty-two.

Five games, what do you want to see?

Kashima: It's true. There is little left, so I don’t have a feeling of trying to do it (laughs). Because if you work too hard and can not come out of the last Korakuen 3 tournament, everyone will not like it, right? I will do it while distributing physical strength.

-3・25It is Fukugen assembled in Shinkiba★ and the last single confrontation in 4・4 Osaka

Kashima: When we were working together, we were so close, but I was sad when I thought that I was hated so much. But I was happy to say "I want to do a single" in alien language.

- We formed a trio with FWC, but there was something that we could communicate with each other.

Kashima: In other words, it's a return group (laughs). I have a strong desire to work with you personally.

Okada There was also a word from FWC. It was because three people who have experienced various things that I felt "bye".

- The name of the eel player.

Kashima There was a time when we were doing quite a bit, and I thought that it might be the last time.

- The most memorable thing about active life is

Kashima: Can I be happy? When I became a fishfish poo, I was happy, including all my active life.

- After retiring.

Kashima It will be a string of 朱里. (laughs).

- My feelings as I'm approaching retirement.

Kashima I don't have any regrets, so it's not the same as usual. Originally, there were many missing, so I want the fans to feel like they will miss again when they are gone.

- Some players disappear when they retire.

Kashima: I don't think about anything. If you are in trouble, I will go. If you are called in the second, you will go at all.

- What I want to do when I retire

Kashima: I want to eat for about a month (laughs).

―A message to fans as we welcome the retirement ceremony

Kashima: I only want you to take a lot of cute photos (laughs).
