He'll finally get some sleep and probably die from it.

On one hand: Thank you, Vince.
On the other: Finally.

I wonder what Vince is gonna do with himself. The man was literally addicted to work. I don’t think he ever took a vacation :lol
Probably build a defense case for pending lawsuits

Of course some things will change, but no one should expect it will turn into NXT "Glory Days"-ville...

Also who knows how "retired" Vince gonna be/stay.

I smell angle.

That would be illegal. Even though Vince owns like over 70% of the voting shares, public companies are still subject to laws that private companies are not. If he did this but kept his positions, he could be facing prison time.1

If you understand how public companies work, there is no possible way it is a work.

Vince now has no power in WWE. Even with his majority voting share, it would be illegal for him to try to force Stephanie's hand. The only way he could overrule her is by calling a Shareholder's meeting. And if he did that, it would prove his retirement is a farce.

Public companies are subject to certain laws and oversite. This is real and the only influence he has left is up to Stephanie
