Before the additional draft takes place - where you will be drafting:

- authority figures
- managers
- backstage workers
- commentary
- which weekday your show will air on (Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri)

HOWEVER - any staff that currently works for your drafted promotion - can be banked by you rather than drafted. All you would have to do, is post below who you want to keep. E.g. if you were WWE - you could bank Cole & Pat - but bin the rest. For Grim and potentially Smark - if you are running a defunct promotion, you obviously are unable to bank anyone.

I dunno if I really want to bank anyone outside of Tom Phillips as he's a pretty good commentator IMO. So I might keep him on.
