Mochizuki tries a kick to the ribs, but Saito grabs his calf, punches it, and keeps him down with a single-leg grapevine. Mochizuki pulls up the bottom rope. They roll until they fall out of the ring. Mochozuki takes control with successive hard kicks to Saito's injured left shoulder.

Outside of the ring, Liger backs a dazed Fujii up against the ring post and sets him up for a palm strike. Fujii ducks and Liger strikes the ring post. Back in the ring, Fujii works on Liger's left wrist. Liger retaliates by kicking away on Fujii's left knee. Liger proceeds to smash Fujii's left knee against the mat repeatedly. Fujii with a reverse Irish whip on Liger against the turnbuckle. He rushes in for a kneelift, but Liger moves out of the way. Fujii smashes his knee against the turnbuckle. They take turns working on each other's injured body parts.

Liger with a tightly wrapped spinning toehold, converts into a figure-four. Fujii runs off the ropes; Liger connects with a palm strike. Liger puts Fujii in a piledriver position and powerbombs him.
