-- Ken Anderson (formerly known as "Mr. Kennedy") noted on his Twitter page that his ninety-day no-compete agreement with World Wrestling Entertainment expires this Wednesday.

WWE came to terms on Anderson's release *and wished him the best on his future endeavors* on Friday, May 29, 2009.
