Good Spy Films?

Well it goes without saying that James Bond movies, but of course you already know that and probably have seen some. But if you haven't Casino Royale is a good modern Bond film.

The Bourne movies are solid as well, and if you count Taken as a spy movie, that's not too bad.

While not a spy film, Girl With the Dragon Tattoo has some cool mystery/detective elements to it.

Yeah, I thought that it solidified Daniel Craig as a believable James Bond and got people to stop bashing him for not "looking the part the right way" or whatever. I liked Quantum, but it just wasn't as awesome.

To OP: If you haven't seen the two with Daniel Craig, see them before November (I think at least), because Skyfall is coming out, which should be a good film.

I already watched the Bond and Bourne series - I even watched the new one! )

Trivia: In the new Bourne movie, there's a good 20 minutes that were shot in Manila, Philippines! Watch it, get to know our country and how crappy traffic is here! D

I <3 Casino and Quantum too! ) I still love Tom Cruise movies tho, like Minority Report, Mission Impossible Series, Knight and Day...

I can never tell if I like Minority Report or not. I enjoy Mission: Impossible 1, 3, and 4...but 2 sucked to me. Forced love angle that didn't make sense is what ruined it I think. 4 and 1 were good because they nixed a forced romance and went straight for action.

It was overused jokes and wasn't as interesting from the previous films at that point. The story was ok and some people do like it. Wasn't bad by any means, but it is the worst of the 3.
