Same pretty much except faster upload speed.

Speed is faster at universities in the morning when not too many people are on.

What office? This is the deal I got when I signed my lease on my apartment. My university has nothing to do with my internet speed. I paid to have that speed. It's an extra $10 on my rent but I am cool with that.

That's what I meant. When you first posted months ago you referenced something about office management got you it so you could have as fast as you wanted but you didn't need it.

$10 for that speed? I pay £65/month. :dafuq:

I don't remember mentioning an office program in that tense. It might have been that my city council office cut a deal with the broadband provider to offer this speed and up to 1000bit/s that I meant but put in the wrong words :burns:

Also I am not so sure on the exact cost since it is baked into my rent so all I see it as is a note on my rent that "In this rent internet, heat, power and water is included" to paraphrase :burns:2.0
