Thank you for the shout. I was behind on two and through that I noticed two duplicates. One is Emma Dumont. She will be playing a live action Chloe Sullivan but then I have her as the voice of Grail. That I am content to work with as there's been actors to do both in many franchises. The other I have amended was Numan Acar is Al Jabr in Etrigan's story and I'd made him Ulysess Hazard in Blackhawk. I have swiftly rectified that and subbed in Chad Michael Collins for the role.
Got it.

JUSTICE LEAGUE DARK: THE WITCHING WAR
Having now entered the final part of the third chapter of the DC Extended Universe. This third part of the franchise would close out with it's highly ambitious Justice League Dark movie. Being the first ever live action Justice League Dark movie there was a lot of anticipation to see this Supernatural ensemble all bandied together. In order to gather the team however we'd start by seeing where every individual member was left off. This would begin with one of the leads of the Ensemble Zatanna (Ana De Armas). This would be a direct continuation from where Zatanna's movie left off as we'd see Zatanna performing at the Paradise Casino along with her cousin Zachary (Louis Partridge). As the pair would continue their performance, we would see them under the watchful eye of a former villain Sindella (Jennifer Connolly). Before Sindella could strike or move through the crowd, she would be surprised by the presence of The Phantom Stranger (Jeremy Irons). Aware of the Phantom Stranger and his legend, Sindella would uncharacteristically step back as the Stranger said that he had business with Zatanna. In response to this Sindella would vanish into the crowd while the Stranger waited until after the show to appear before Zatanna and her friends.

On seeing the Phantom Stranger, we would see King Inferno (Seal) be stunned as he called the Stranger one of the most powerful beings the world has ever seen. Showing just a mere part of his powers, the Stranger wishing for a more private conversation would return Zatanna to her home. Here he would meet Hassan (Faran Tahir) and once more we'd see a powerful figure almost stunned or in awe of the Stranger appearing. Cutting to the chase with little interest in small talk, the Stranger said that he was here to warn Zatanna of an oncoming darkness. Admitting that he has been cursed with an eternal life of power but an inability to intervene, The Stranger would instead appear before others and guide them on their path. Saying that he was aware of Zatanna and her capabilities as well as her character, The Stranger knew that she was the right person to face this darkness but that she could not do this alone. Despite her hesitations of trusting the Stranger, Zatanna based on Inferno and Hassan's reactions knew to heed this warning and as such would begin looking to build a team to combat this darkness. Albeit with some hesitations she would then seek out John Constantine (Dan Stevens).

In a similar vain to the Zatanna our story would directly continue off from where the Constantine film left off. As we'd see Constantine now on the road along with Zed (Thandie Newton), Chas (Toby Kebell) and Chantinelle (Lily James). With Zed being pregnant and this group all looking to support her as best they can. We'd see Chas doing his best to look after her and protect her while Constantine and Chantinelle worked a case. This being one in relation to a vampire, but as they'd soon find they would not be the only ones with interest in this creature as Papa Midnite (Lakeith Stanfield) and Blyth (Sophie Turner) were shown to be interested in regards to something regarding this creature of the night. Yet similar to Sindella, this pair would be warded off by the appearance of the Phantom Stranger, while Midnite had heard the legends of the Stranger we'd see that Blyth was a lot more intimidated having seen what the Stranger was capable of previously. This duo would agree to standback while the Stranger would watch in the distance. In turn Constantine and Chantinelle would continue their pursuit of the vampire.

To their surprise on arrival to the lair the vampire had been slain but waiting for them was Andrew Bennett (Emile Hirsch). Telling his story to Constantine and Chantinelle, Andrew Bennett would reveal himself to be a centuries old vampire who had previously served Queen Victoria. This would be until he crossed paths with a vampire who turned him and led him to this life of damnation. Before Bennett could continue his story, he would be surprised by the appearance of Zauriel (Austin Butler). Despite being banished to earth during the clash of titans orchestrated in the Swamp Thing/Blue Devil clash, the Angel still strongly had a sense of just and fully aware of Bennett, he wanted to rid him from this earth. This confrontation would be stopped however by the arrival of Zatanna.

Having spoken with The Phantom Stranger and aware of an on coming darkness Zatanna would express some distrust of Bennett before she'd say that she knows he is useful. As it would be Bennett who first told the story of the rise of dark creatures all of whom are voyaging to earth. This included the vampire which first bit him centuries ago who was one of the first to escape from a fabled box. Before Bennett could continue, the Stranger would appear before everyone and credit Zatanna on this ensemble she had gathered so far. However he would remark that they would need others in order to combat this threat. Showing even more of his value Bennett would have knowledge of a prospective recruit to their side. In a callback to the Swamp Thing film Bennett would lead a dubious Zauriel to find one Annie Chamberlain (Madelyn Cline). Now known as Brimstone, this women had been devoted on a quest for revenge and for purpose. With Bennett and Zauriel surprisingly managing to reach her based on purpose while in a later talk with Chas, she found some acceptance of what she'd become. Annie would begin to then control her abilities and her rage as she elected instead to find out what made her what she was. Constantine and Zatanna meanwhile would put their differences aside as they headed to Marais.

Here we would see a few more former Swamp Thing characters as wed see now that Matt Cable (Will Estes) was in fact the new sheriff of Marais. While Abby Arcane (Maggie Gylenhaal) was now working as a bio researcher along with Chester Williams (Zach Galifinakis). Aware of what or who they was looking for, the pair would find themselves stonewalled by anyone as they looked for details of how to find the creature of the Swamp. Electing to risk entering the swamp themselves, this pair would soon be issued a warning by the Parliament of Trees. Sensing the pair as a threat it would summon Alec Holland/Swamp Thing (Aaron Eckhart) to attack. Seeing the danger that this caused those he gathered the Phantom Stranger would appear before the Parliament collective of Lady Jane (Lara Jean Chorostecki), Lady Weeds (Tao Okamoto), Brother Jonah (Peter MacNicol) and Geno Labostrie (Dan Fogler). While many of the parliament were not aware of the Stranger, Brother Jonah would remember him from a past life and it was his recommendation and urging which made Swamp Thing cease his attack. This allowed Phantom Stranger to warn the Green of the threat this rising darkness was and in turn the Parliament abeit not in a unanimous verdict would allow Swamp Thing to work with the team.

After the recruitment of Swamp Thing, John Constantine would head to Gotham to search out an old friend. This old friend would be Jason Blood (David Oyelowo). But when Constantine met with Jason, he would be surprised as Blood was not alone and was in fact joined by both Al Jabr (Numan Acar) and Gardner Grayle (Finn Jones). Continuing from their path in their previous appearance, these knights of the round table would show an improvement in their acclimation to the modern world and would agree to hear out Constantine. At the same time Zatanna would be joined by Chantinelle, Zauriel, Brimstone and Bennett as they headed to Oblivion. Knowing what this place is Zauriel would refuse to enter and stand outside while the others headed inside and were greeted by Eddie (Danny Dyer) and his ex wife Evie (Balvinder Sopal) Deacon. The couple who co-owned the bar were in a heated argument all the while under watch of Lucifer (Nicolas Cage) and Mazikeen (Kate Siegel). Despite Zauriel showing a noted disgust out the bar, we'd see a curious Mazikeen head outside in an attempt to speak with him admitting that he had caught her curiosity. At the same time Zatanna would attempt to recruit the devil himself but Lucifer had little interest in such a trivial issue. Mazikeen would surprisingly however be a bigger source of information as she gave Zauriel a cryptic piece of advice about other devils. However this would ring a bell with Zatanna who in turn sought out Daniel Cassidy (Lee Pace). Using her celebrity to walk onto the set of Cassidy's newest film, Zatanna would acknowledge their past but say that she wasn't here to talk about lifetimes in show business. Instead she needed Cassidy's help having heard of his exploits as the Blue Devil. Without hesitation Daniel would accept this offer but first, Zatanna said she'd hope to use his celebrity and contacts for another recruitment drive.

While they may have been warned off of their pursuits. Papa Midnite and Blyth would travel to a nightclub run by Houngan (Jermaine Rivers). In a similar fashion to Papa Midnite, The Houngan had been warded off any machinations by the Phantom Stranger. As this trio spoke however we'd get some world building as the trio were the first to say the name and express their belief that something was on going with Pandora's Box. While Blyth and Houngan would very much be warded off from from the Box, yet Papa Midnite would express some interest in the box and it's contents. Meanwhile proving on recruiting Jason Blood, we would see Constantine along with Blood show up to Rags N Tatters were he'd meet Rory Regan (Joshua Bowman). While they looked to recruit Ragman, we'd see at the same time Zatanna and Daniel Cassidy find Daniel Rook (Daniel Webber). Rook would be surprised an almost a little star struck to have a movie star and a famed magician at his bands latest performance. After the show the duo would tell Rook of their plans and with that they would recruit Nightmaster. Watching this on curiously the Legba (Jimmy Jean Louis) would greet the Phantom Stranger as an old friend. Remarking that he knows why the Stranger is here and that something or someone has been interfering with the beyond. The two are further surprised by an appearance of Rama Kushna (Brenda Song).

While she may have been met with a similar level of respect it was clear that the Legba wasn't someone who held the goddess in high esteem. However like the other pair she knew of the dangers they was facing and had already sent a message to her champion. As the JL Dark would begin to converge and gather in the city of Gotham. In one way or another they would all receive invitations or be collected and brought to Wayne Manor. Here in a surprise cameo we'd see Bruce Wayne (Wes Bentley) waiting for them. Dropping all pretenses as he was well aware of the situation and everyone who was gathered. This was thanks to the Phantom Stranger reaching out to him first in an effort to provide the team with their own base of operations. With that we'd be surprised by an appearance of Boston Brand/Deadman (Steven Yeun). Having been forewarned with a message from Rama Kushna, Deadman would be joined by Taj Ze (Raghav Juyal) fully ready to combat tis threat. Showing his knowledge of situations Bruce would enquire about Eve Eden but Boston was adamant to let her be for now.

With this group of individuals fully formed, the Phantom Stranger would finally tell them of the great threat. This threat would be a powerful and ancient sorceress by the name of Morgan Le Fay (Lena Headey). Originally born in England and believed to be a relative (half sister) of Prince Arthur (George McKay). Morgan originally Morgaine had conspired against her brother and the wizard Merlin (David Bradley) to take over the throne and rule with a dark iron fist. However it would be Merlin who managed to defeat Morgaine and manage to strip her of her youth with Morgana rapidly aging having been alive for centuries since. Despite her rotting flesh, Morgan would put herself in hiding and further her education in the dark arts until she became the most powerful sorceress in the dark arts themselves. Able to restore her looks but doomed to wander a world where her powers were limited thanks to having to constantly restore her form. This is why she sought out a fellow wanderer in the world by the name of Pandora (Priyanka Chopra). A woman forced by the Gods to wander the earth for a eternity in possession of a box which she could not open. Pandora had grown disenchanted with her life and would agree to work with Morgan to reverse their fortunes.

United the pair would elect to open the box with Morgan hoping to release a dangerous army onto the world. Yet instead they would find along with a variety of dark, monstrous creatures there was the Otherkind. Warned by Pandora herself of the Otherkind, Morgan would instead make a deal with them and these corrupted visions. We would see the first four Otherkind released and let loose into the world one by one as it became clear that Morgan was in search of someone. This would be a young man by the name of Tim Hunter (Jayden Revri). A young man who spent most of his life unsure of his origins having been raised in an orphanage, recently the young man however would have several meetings with a man known only as Mister E (Derek Jacobi). A man of mysterious origins who promised to help Hunter discover who he is. With the rise of the Otherkind we would see these 4 creatures all begin to spread out. The Otherkind creatures were the Conjoined, The Offspring, The Rip and the Soup. These four creatures were very much servient to Morgan and would spread out to various locations as per their needs and wants. We'd quickly see the Conjoined begin to pollute the swamps and nature while the Offspring would begin to hunt through the city. The Rip meanwhile would begin to consume energy sources while the Soup made a beeline for Oblivion.

With the Conjoined quickly affecting Nature and the Green itself. Swamp Thing would be drawn out into combat. A vampiric parasitic being the Conjoined seemed to feed off of life and quickly managed to weaken Swamp Thing. In turn Swamp Thing would be aided by Deadman and Andrew Bennett both of whom were no longer living and able to combat the effects of the Conjoined. While Blyte and Petey (Jack Black) would make use of being demons and also no longer living to help rescue Swamp Thing. We would see Zauriel enter the field and following a long battle we'd see Deadman, Bennett and Zauriel manage to work together and destroy the Conjoined. with the Conjoined beaten it would appear that things had finally settled with Zauriel and Bennett. As Swamp Thing and the Green began to recover we'd meet another champion of the Green, one selected and risen in a time of crisis. This being Alba Garcia/Black Orchid (Genesis Rodriguqez). Revealed to be a former soldier who perished in the Green many years ago. Alba was now a half human/half plant hybrid and it was her along with Swamp Thing that was able to restore nature and peace to the Green.

While the conjoined may have been stopped, the Feral Offspring would prove to be a real threat to humanity. A hungry, flesh eating monstrosity. We would see Zatanna, Daniel Cassidy and James Rook band together to lead people to safety while Ragman, Brimstone and Taj Ze looked to combat it. They would be joined by a new addition to the team who we'd learn had been recruited by Bruce himself. A native american sorceress by the name of Manitou Dawn (Lily Gladstone). Together with the rest of the team they would be able to drain the power and weaken the Offspring so that Ragman could absorb it for the Legba to destroy. Now two down, the Rip would be the next target as it was in the middle of draining power supplies. This beastly creature would only get more powerful with the more it fed on. Confronting it would be Etrigan and his fellow Demon Knights Al Jabr and Gardner Grayle. These three knights would work together and quickly figure out that the Rip was weakening itself with every attack as it used the energy it absorbed. This allowed the Knights to cut down the Rip. As we saw the Otherkind falling, we'd see Morgan grow more angry and begin to use her powers on the box. In turn we'd see her appearance begin to rot before a horrified Pandora.

While Morgan continued her transformation and descent we'd see the final member of The otherkind the Soup arrive at Oblivion. With designs to target Lucifer it would be Constantine who answered the call aware of this threat. As Constantine headed into Oblivion, he would be reminded by the Deacon's of him being banned. Despite this Constantine would wish to talk to Lucifer, brushed off and dismissed by Lucifer at first we would soon see the Soup arrive. Secreting chemicals and radiation capable of making others sick in an instant. We'd see even Lucifer begin coughing and his skin showing signs of infection. In a rage with a snap of his fingers Lucifer would banish the monster back to the box before he'd summon what he called the Justice League Dark. Berating them for bringing whatever this mess is to his playground Lucifer would demand that they get it sorted. Giving them a chance to succeed, he would call in a favor and summon Doctor Mist (Peter Mensah). An ancient sorcerer who owed Lucifer a favor. Lucifer swore him in to clean up this mess and in turn they would be even.

Recognizing the other kind's failings, Morgan would continue to manipulate the box and it's creatures as she attempted to summon the darkest and most dangerous of the Otherkind. Despite Pandora's concerns, Morgan had a plan to control the creature known as the Upside Down Man by binding it to a host. In terrifying visions we would see a man in Korea known as Joon-Ki (Jeon Young). Just a blue collar man apart of a construction crew, Joon would be haunted by visions from inside the box before we'd see his horrific transformation into the Upside Down Man. A reality altering creature comprised of pure dark magic. Pandora would call this a monster and an abomination but her attempts to stop the decaying Morgan would lead to her being mortally wounded by the Upside Down Man. In her final moments before death, Pandora would taunt Morgan that she doesn't understand what she has done and that this creature cannot be controlled. As Pandora would traverse into the otherside and be greeted by the Legba, she would also meet Ragman. Seeking atonement for her part in what she had done, Pandora would tell all she know of Morgan and her designs for Tim Hunter.

Aware now of Morgan and her designs the Justice League Dark would search for Tim Hunter. Despite Mister E's best efforts to keep the young man hidden, they would be quickly hunted down by the Upside Down Man. Selflessly Mister E would step between the pair and in turn despite attempts to shield them, we'd see Upside Down Man absorb the magic from Mister E and kill him. Before The Upside Down Man could get ahold of Hunter, we would see Constantine and Mist manage to open a portal and bring Hunter to Oblivion. Sensing the threat of the Upside Down Man, a livid Lucifer would bark at the deacons to be ready to bunker down. Warning the Justice League Dark that this isn't like the others we'd see a now rotting Morgan Le Fay draining the box in an attempt to preserve herself. With the Upside Down Man in tow, Morgan would demand that they send out the boy. Unsure why they wanted him, Hunter would show his character as he was willing to sacrifice himself to save the world when a curious Phantom Stranger appeared.

Looking over Hunter, it would be the Stranger who revealed the truth. That Tim Hunter was a descendent of Merlin himself and had the capabilities to match if not succeed his power. Stunned by this revelation, Hunter would be warned that Morgan wants to use him to break a dead man's curse on her. While the JL Dark readied themselves to face the Upside Down Man, we'd see Hunter step out and confront Morgan. Morgan would quickly attack him with some dark spells while the entire force of the JL Dark found themselves matched up with this demonic monster. Feeding off the magic and only growing stronger, Constantine would be horrified to realize himself, Zatanna, Mist, Raven and any magic user would be useless. This meant a physical confrontation would be forced and we'd see the Upside Down Man capable of teleportation, elasticity, flight and darkness manipulation to brutalize many of the team. This would until in a stunning moment Hunter managed to summon his powers and cast Morgan back. Shocked and in a state of disbelief, Hunter would see visions of Merlin who coached him and told him exactly what to do. This included returning many of the dark beings Morgan absorbed into the box to restore a balance.

Horrified as she'd see what she'd awakened, Morgan would once again begin to rot with her skin starting to fester. In her moments of doubt, Hunter would then manage to disconnect the tether and leash around the neck of the Upside Down Man. With a disturbing and sinister grin, the Upside Down Man would immediately turn it's attention to Morgan. Now experiencing true fear, Morgan would attempt to flee only to be stopped and pounced upon. While the Upside Down Man savagely tore into Morgan we'd see Hunter cast a spell to return this creature to his box. As the Upside Down Man was pulled in however it would grab a hold of Morgan. Despite her screams of terror she would be pulled into Pandora's Box and it would be swiftly resealed. With these threats handled, Tim Hunter would walk to the Phantom Stranger with the Stranger promising to show him everything. Before the pair vanished, they would urge the Justice League Dark to store and contain that box to protect it from others.

Following a heated debate it would be decided that the person to hold the box would be Constantine who promised to bind it in a number of spells and curses beyond comprehension. While Lucifer chuckled and enjoyed a drink to himself, we'd see slowly the members of the Justice League Dark depart. Swamp Thing would now be joined by Black Orchid in his Swamp while we saw Manitou Raven join this duo as she elected to live a life of solitude off the land. Rory Regan meanwhile would return to his shop with a promise from Bruce Wayne himself that he would stop by soon to see if there was anything of value. Deadman meanwhile would head back to the Circus but not before inviting Jason Blood, Grayle and Al Jabr to see their first ever show. This trio would agree to do so while Zatanna and Doctor Mist promised to keep in touch in an effort to further their mystic abilities. While Taj Ze returned to his duties we would see Zauriel and Bennett shake hands as Zauriel admitted that he was happy to be wrong about him. When asked what he was to do next, Bennett would admit that he has a lot of things he himself still needs to atone for. While in our final scene we'd see Daniel Cassidy back on set while Nightmaster himself James Rook played the soundtrack of his latest movie.

DC EXTENDED UNIVERSE PRESENTS
christopher-martell-x-deathstroke-logo.jpg

DEATHSTROKE: FAMILY BUSINESS
The DC Extended Universe would then enter it's fourth chapter with what would be a historic first entry and the beginning of a new side of the DC Extended Universe. As for the first time we would see a movie very much focusing on the story of a villain. This of course being the story of Slade Wilson/Deathstroke (Brad Pitt). In what was a direct continuation from the story told during The Sound of Violence we would see a wounded Slade having lost his eye being tended to by Bill Wintergreen (Christoph Waltz). While Bill Wintergreen went to work on tending to Slade's wounds following his battle with Team Arrow, we'd see David Isherwood/Dr. Ikon (Peter Stickels) making adjustments to Slade's suit and armor to make allowances for the loss of his eye. As Slade would be treated by Wintergreen, we'd see the beginnings of Slade's origin. This would start with the story of Charles Wilson (Mel Gibson). The father of Slade Wilson who was once a prolific military man before crossing over into the CIA for many government projects. Shown to be a cold, callous and cruel man who ruled his personal and professional life with an iron fist.

We'd quickly learn that Charles was a single father with Slade's mother having left a long time ago in an effort to escape the abuse. In turn this meant that Slade became his father's punching bag and would be expected to follow all orders exactly as specified. Over time however we would see Charles Wilson begin to lose his hold and his status. Thanks to his abusive nature and soon to be revealed criminal ties, we would see Charles lose his position, power and respect. In turn despite this being by his own decision making, Charles would further take this out on Slade as he seemingly blamed his son for his own decisions. With Charles further descending into the criminal world, he would drag his son onto the road with him as their relationship only grew more confrontational and strained. This would culminate with one fateful night where having grown sick of being a punching bag Slade would confront his father. This would lead to a violent struggle between the pair which led to Slade Wilson stabbing and killing his father. In an effort to escape what he had done, Slade would elect to enlist and soon would prove to be an excellent solider.

Excelling with armed combat in particularly swordsmanship as he captained the military's fencing team. Slade would truly find himself and his place as a soldier. It would also be here where he met Adeline (Famke Janssen). A fellow soldier like himself who had a rough childhood, Adeline would bond with a fellow fractured spirit and it wouldn't take long once their walls came down for the pair to form a relationship. It would be in his early years in the military that Slade would first encounter both Bill Wintergreen and David Isherwood. With Isherwood we would see a more professional based loyalty and trust while in Wintergreen we'd see Slade form a more personal mentorship based attachment. We would also meet another key figure in Slade's life at that time, a veteran soldier named Bill Walsh (Ian McElhenney) who was one of the rare people to consider Charles Wilson a friend. We'd see over the course of many years Slade would rise in the ranks as a soldier while he and Adeline would progress in their relationship and have two sons named Joe (Cameron Monaghan) and Grant (Timothy Granaderos) Wilson.

As Slade came close to his final days in the service while Adeline juggled working with the government and raising their children. Slade would encounter a man known as John Lynch (Christopher Heyerdahl). A former mentor to Adeline who in many ways was seen as a father esque figure as Slade saw Wintergreen. Aware of Slade and his reputation as well as his skills, Lynch would come to Slade with an offer of some private military work. While Slade may have been hesitant to do this, Lynch would market this as a way for Slade to provide further for his family. Knowing how Adeline felt about Lynch, Slade albeit with some hesitation would begin to do some private work for Lynch and his team known as Team 7. During his time Slade would meet the members of the team including Alex Fairchild (Ken Anderson), Mr. Pike (Troy Baker) and Wade LaFarge (Ian Anthony Dale). While Slade would share a respectful and friendly relationship with Fairchild. We'd see his dynamic with Pike would be one more out of an arms length of respect while him and LaFarge from the off developed a heated rival. However if his and LaFarge's relationship was adversarial, his relationship with another colleague of Lynch by the name of Charles Halstead was down right antagonistic and tense with the feeling it could break down at any moment. This would be thanks to Slade perceiving Halstead rightly as a man without honor and a sociopath with a badge.

During his early missions Slade wouldn't question his orders but it was during one mission in Cambodia which changed that. Firstly during his time in the villages Slade would encounter a teacher named Lilian Worth/Sweet Lily (Kelly Hu) with whom he formed a close connection. Yet it would be during what was supposed to be a routine meeting that Slade saw Team 7 for what it really was. A band of untethered killers. As during what was supposed to be a capture and collect mission for a supposed war lord Matthew Bland (Robert Christopher Reilly), we'd see the true colors of Team 7 as they burned villages and tortured locals. With Bland badly wounded despite this supposed to be a routine mission. Slade would finally step in and confront Team 7 for their actions. Using this moment Bland would make an escape while Team 7 attacked Slade and we'd see this group were in fact a bunch of killers. While hesitant to fight his friend, Slade would easily best Alex Fairchild as well as Pike. Wanting to get his hands on Lynch and Halstead it would be in this distraction that Slade would be wounded by Lafarge and forced to flee into the jungle. Tended to by Sweet Lili, the pair's relationship would grow more intimate and would lead to the birth of Rose Wilson (Prapye Ramida Theerapat).
Returning home following this mission, Slade would return to regular military service believing Team 7 to be a thing of the past. But as the years took a toll on his body. Slade would be volunteered for a government operation, this would be a secret government project known only as Project X and would involve something known only as Mirakuru. This would be a series of experiments designed as a super soldier program in the hopes of creating the ultimate human weapon. This would have side effects however as first waking following his treatment an enraged Slade would launch into an attack on the soldiers and scientists before being restrained. As we'd learn this experimental treatment was unstable and Slade reacted with a fit of Hyperadrenalism. This resulted in weeks of him in a private ward passing in and out of consciousness with Wintergreen and Isherwood checking on in him when they could and updating a concerned Adeline. It would be months before Slade would be allowed a supervised visit to his wife before he'd fall in a coma once more. But on waking up, Slade would be evaluated and given the full clear as well as his pension. Seemingly being retired by the army.

However men like Slade never truly retire and being benched did not sit well with him. In an effort to keep busy he would try working as private security for rich clients but in no time, his hatred for the role would appear. As a means to channel his hatred, Slade would start sneaking out the house of an evening and engage in bar fights or unlicensed fights amongst an ever growing score of criminals. As we'd see despite Slade's best intentions he was slowly going down the path his father did and would be issued an ultimatum by Adeline of straighten up or leave. Seeking to be better and not become his father Slade would opt to straighten out. He would try and be the family man that his father wasn't. However Slade would soon find as he looked not just to provide for Grant and Joe but also send money overseas for Rose, that his pension did not travel far and it wouldn't be long until one day he would be surprised by the appearance of Bill Walsh. Now in the private military sector himself, Walsh would offer Slade a job. A contract for an assassination on a target. Despite being conflicted, Slade would agree to do it for the money and would inform his wife of his 'hunting trip'.

Having agreed to the mission, this would be what put Slade back in contact with Bill Wintergreen as Wintergreen agreed to act as a consort and assistant to Slade while gathering research for some of the proceeds. At the same time, Slade would also task David Isherwood to design him a costume to protect him and conceal his identity. This first suit Isherwood designed would be similar to Slade's first costume in the comics and while Slade wasn't thrilled with it he agreed to go with it for this mission. While the mission would go off with a hitch, it would be after the mission that Slade and his allies became aware that the payment was issued by an agency known as HIVE. After this Slade would begin to operate under the moniker of Deathstroke as a mercenary to hire and through the years he would become known as the worlds greatest and deadliest assassin. Throughout these years, HIVE would frequently send Slade offers for a retainer but wanting to no longer be under jurisdiction, Slade would refuse. With Isherwood working on his new suits, we would see Adeline continuing to raise their kids with a willingness to turn a blind eye to what her husband did while Slade continued to send money to Lily.

Following this cover of Slade's backstory we would return to the present and following the events and chaos of the movie of Sounds of Violence. Reports and police manhunts would be formed bringing what Slade had done and who he was to life. Depressed and unable to keep his lives separate, Slade would go into a private exile while Bill Wintergreen and David Isherwood would keep tabs on his family and ensure payments to Lily. As we'd see the news of what had become of Slade had hit the family in different ways. Firstly with Grant Wilson deciding to follow in his families legacy by enlisting while Joe Wilson meanwhile looked to have a normal life and be the furthest thing from his father. Tragically as we'd learn, in this time Lilian Worth had passed and Rose Wilson had fallen on tough times. Now lost in a dangerous world, Bill Wintergreen would personally go and recover Rose Wilson. Seeing Rose and how similar in ways she was to her father, Wintergreen would personally begin to mentor and train her as he had done with Slade. While we'd see Rose progress we'd also see Grant Wilson flourish in the military until he met Etienne (Alyssa Lynch). A fellow soldier who had fallen on tough times, we'd see Grant and Etienne form a close bond before she introduced Grant to Bill Walsh. Walsh would be described as a mentor to her and we'd learn that Walsh was now working with John Lynch and Team 7.

In a conversation between Lynch and Walsh we'd learn that Slade had a dormant meta gene which was activated by the Mirakuru. It was also believed that this gene may be dormant in his children. We would also learn that Team 7 now was closely linked and looped in with HIVE. While we'd see Rose continue her training we'd see her presence would snap Slade out of his depression and spur him into slowly getting back on track. Wanting to be just like her father, Slade would urge her not to covet the life of a killer. However Rose would be insistent and we would see Isherwood would begin to work on building her a suit. At the same time Slade would be introduced to a new colleague of Isherwood and Wintergreen by the name of Alex Peabody (Henry Simmons). A weapons expert and arms smuggler, Peabody would personally help outfit Slade and Rose's weapons. While we'd see both Slade and Rose being outfitted, at the same time Etienne would lead Grant Wilson into a secret location to meet Otto Muller (Linus Roche). Known as the programmer, Muller would begin to reprogram Grant Wilson as a new recruit. At the same time Slade would be reached out to with a new contract this would be for a hacker known as Hosun Park (Aaron Yoo). While Slade would be wary of the unknown bidder he would accept the contract however as he found Hosun, Slade would find this wasn't a criminal or dangerous hacktivist. Instead Hosun was a man who'd accidentally accessed the HIVE network and because of that he was now a target. Looking for more information on HIVE, Slade would spare Hosun but he would be troubled to find from Hosun's files that Grant Wilson had recently been recruited.

With Slade letting Hosun go, he would be called by a troubled Wintergreen who revealed that HIVE had taken Joe Wilson also. Wanting to save his sons, Slade would ask Rose to stay back not wanting HIVE to take another one of his children. Returning home, Slade would be confronted by a livid Adeline who blamed Slade and held him fully responsible of what happened to their children. As Slade left however we'd see Adelina would also be taken by the Psycho Pirate. At the HIVE base we'd see Otto Muller begin to make a plan to program Joe Wilson while Rose Wilson began to plot her own move against HIVE. In response to Slade refusing their contract HIVE would employ a fellow assassin known as Drago (Mark Dacascos). A former military man in his own right, Drago was in fact a fan of Slade and admired him. This is why he wanted to prove himself against Slade in a one on one combat. However as Drago targeted Slade, we'd find he was being followed by Team 7 which did not sit well with Drago as his chance to test himself against the best was intercepted. Forced to fight against his former team, Slade would battle Team 7 and albeit with some regret we'd see Slade kill his former friend Alex Fairchild. Not long after following a short fight Slade would also kill Mr. Pike. Facing off with Bill Walsh we'd see Slade attempt to talk Walsh down while LaFarge stood back and watched. Despite some hesitation on Slade's part we'd see him then kill Bill Walsh with a dagger through the heart.

Facing off with LaFarge, we'd see unlike Fairchild and Pike who saw this as just business. Wade was truly looking forward to this as he despised Slade. Branding Slade as a traitor, Wade would attack and a brutal fight would break out. However as this even battle continued we'd see Slade surprisingly bring a cease fire to things as he told LaFarge that HIVE had taken his family. Remarking that he knew Wade was also a family man, he could appreciate Slade couldn't stop. Standing down LaFarge would motion his head to where Lynch was watching and warn Slade that their fight will continue another day. Seeking out Lynch, we'd see a terrified Lynch quickly shoot himself in the chest rather than face Deathstroke's wrath. Aware that he has nothing, Slade through Wintergreen would search out Hosun and we'd learn since their confrontation Park had been working for Wintergreen and managed to access some HIVE files. This would include the location of a former HIVE and Team 7 operative Guile (Kevin Corrigan).
Now a bar owner, Guile was someone who was content with his quieter life and very happy to just drink his troubles away. Arriving at Guile's bar, we'd see Slade surprised to be greeted like an old friend. As Slade took a seat he'd be surprised to find Wade LaFarge already present and having a drink. During a talk between the trio Guile would admit that he knows his ticket has been punched. While Wade would reveal he was now going freelance before issuing Slade a warning that if the money and contract was right, he wouldn't hesitate in targeting Slade. Also in the bar would be Drago and Drago would confront Slade before he'd surprisingly shoot Guile revealing another contract. While Guile lay bleeding on the floor, Slade would battle Drago and would quickly prove himself to be the superior competitor as he disarmed and killed Drago. With Drago bested, Slade would crouch down by Guile who as he bled out would give Slade access to his hard drive and all information he had about HIVE. As Slade would return to Hosun with this information we'd see Rick Flag (Jensen Ackles) had been monitoring everything going on. Flag would be informed however to stand back and watch as one threat would eliminate another.

Thanks to Guile's documents Hosun would reveal that he now had learned of several of HIVE's higher ups. This would include Damien Dahrk (James Masters), Sebastian Blood (Iain Glen) and Queen Bee (Emily Beecham). As Hosun continued to gain more information they would be surprised when Slade was attacked by the new Ravager. As strong and skilled as Slade, Ravager would prove to be a dangerous test and despite Rose entering the field. She would soon find herself outmatched but would manage to remove his mask. Here Slade would be horrified to see that this new Ravager would be his own son Grant. Now fully reprogrammed by HIVE, Grant was a killing machine and someone who wouldn't stop just like Slade. We would see not only would Grant injure Rose but he'd also badly wound Slade. Yet as Grant continued to push forward we would see Grant suffer from the same adrenaline spike Slade did and this would tragically cause his heart to fail. Despite Slade's best efforts we would see Grant Wilson die from Heart Failure before a tearful Slade's eyes. While Slade mourned his son, we would also see news of her sons death affect Adeline and spur her into a rage while Muller looked to use the loss of his brother as a means to finally breach Joe Wilson.

Sitting down with Wintergreen, it would be Hosun who revealed that the HIVE agency had recently taken a bit of a leadership change and agenda change. As while it seemed the organization was at first wanting to have Slade work with them as a trained killer. Now they wanted either complete control of him or to be done. This would be thanks in part to the rise of Blood, Dahrk and Queen Bee aka Marcia Monroe. It would then be we would learn that opposing them on the board would be the original Hive queen Adeline In a surprise not long after this meeting Slade would be called directly by Damien Dahrk. Unlike many of the members of HIVE, Dahrk wouldn't hold Slade in much esteem or have any seeming respect for him. Instead Dahrk was dismissive and condescending as he looked firmly down his nose at Slade. In fact Dahrk would even go out of his way to mock Slade for the death of his son, he would also go as far to reveal that as per the orders of Brother Blood, they had cut the throat of his son Joe rendering him mute. It would be during this conversation that Dahrk also revealed thanks to Adeline they knew Slade had one more kid and they would be coming for her. With HIVE being connected as it was, it wouldn't take long for them to locate Rose with Psycho Pirate being tasked with her capture.

With several masked associates helping him Psycho Pirate would head directly to Rose while she was training with Wintergreen. Seeing to assist we would see both Ikon and Peabody arm themselves and begin firing at HIVE agents when suddenly they would be flanked by followers of Sebastian Blood and Wintergreen would be wounded. While Ikon and Peabody looked to save Wintergreen, Psycho Pirate would abduct Rose Wilson. As Slade's allies regrouped Hosun would reappear and he'd tell Slade that he's made a move and in a surprising reemergence Slade would be reunited with Matthew Bland. Bland had not forgotten the damage that Team 7 and HIVE did to his home nor Slade sparing him and was eager to get revenge. Slade would then be further surprised by the appearance of Wade LaFarge who told Slade a contract was put out on Slade by HIVE but Hosun out bidded that. Which is why LaFarge is here to help take down HIVE. While this trio banded together we'd see Rose Wilson held captive in HIVE's base of operations while held prison Rose would be visited by Marcia Monroe. The Queen Bee would curiously look to sway Rose as she spoke of their similarities. Saying neither of them really belonged here and were outcasts. Marcia said that they were survivors and together they would be unstoppable. As Rose listened to this, we'd see the R rated nature of this film be truly pushed when Rose told her to fuck off.
From here Marcia would tell Rose that she tried the nice way but now they'll make her see the way. As Otto Muller entered the room and looked to reprogram Rose however it seemed that he had not accounted for her training with Slade and Wintergreen as Rose not only escaped his clutches but slit his throat with a scalpel. While Otto bled out on the floor, Rose would be shot by Marcia and thrown into a holding cell along with Adeline. While Adeline was aware of Rose this was their first meeting and Adeline would tend to her wounds. Saying that she wants no more children to die, she would be aided by a now mute Joe Wilson in trying to save Rose's life. While this happened Slade and his allies launched a plan of attack and saw Sebastian Blood as the prime candidate. Blood being a public figure as a preacher, he would be the easiest to find and Slade, Bland and Wade would show up to one of his sermons. On doing so not only would they find themselves surrounded by a bunch of Blood's followers but also Psycho Pirate. While Wade and Bland would combat Blood's followers we'd see Slade fight Psycho Pirate. Following a short fight, we'd see Slade plunge a sword through Psycho Pirate's gut and promptly disembowel the villain responsible for taking his family. Slade would then pursue Sebastian Blood and we'd see Blood devotedly continue to preach HIVE's mission as his gospel.

In response to this and as payback for his son, Slade would cut Blood's throat rendering him unable to speak. Matthew Bland then would step forward at a kneeling Blood as he said that he knows Blood is the one who recruited Team 7 before he'd viciously impale Blood through the head with a blade. Recovering Psycho Pirate's phone and breaking it's encryption, they would then discover HIVE didn't have a set location instead it's base was an aircraft. Stepping up to pilot the team Alex Peabody made it clear that he would get them to that ship. While this was transpiring we'd see Marcia taunting Adeline from in front of her cell as she said that Adeline's time as boss was long gone and now she was the True HIVE Queen. Marcia's taunts would be cut short however as Slade, Wade and Bland made their arrival to the base and began battling with the HIVE agents. This would draw Damian Dahrk into the field and we'd quickly see Dahrk was technologically enhanced and possessed some psionic abilities because of this. In turn this would make him a major threat to the trio as he at points would throw them all over the room. However what Dahrk had not counted on as he taunted them was Joe Wilson's metagene awakening and allowing Joe some telekinetic abilities himself. This included him being able to possess Damian and bring a halt to his powers.

Dahrk would struggle and fight to free himself yet he could not kick Joe out in time and this allowed Slade to stab Dark through the heart. While Dahrk was bleeding out on the floor, we'd see Matthew Bland collapse to the floor having been badly injured by Dahrk. Encouraging them to go on, Bland would promise to cover for them. As Slade and Wade reached the main control room of the vessell, we'd see Queen Bee waiting for them. Telling them that HIVE was originally a program to develop enhanced soldiers for government. Yet while people like Adeline naively believed that to be HIVE's main objective. The real truth is HIVE was an ever growing and expanding terrorist organization. Assassinations, military coups, bombings and missile strikes upon other other things, Queen Bee called HIVEa powerful, hidden identity from the shadows. From here Marcia would reveal that just like Adeline was the first point of contact for Slade, they'd sent in Etienne for Grant Wilson. As this confrontation took place we'd see a wounded Matthew manage to head to the holding cells where he'd free Joe Wilson, Rose and Adeline. While Joe helped get Bland to their escape vehicle we'd see Rose and Adeline rush to the main room.

On their way however Rose would be blindsided by Etienne. Revealed to be a soldier for HIVE, Rose would tell Adeline to save her dad while she and Etienne began to fight. On her arrival to the the main room Adeline would see Marcia speaking to Slade and Wade. Saying that she doesn't see this as the end but a means for evolution, Queen Bee offers Wade the best deal she can. To join her at the very head of HIVE in response to this Wade would attack Slade as he called it the offer he was waiting for. Adeline meanwhile would attack Marcia as we'd flash between three fights on the ship. The first of which would finally end as Rose managed to stab Etienne in the throat. Rose would then be joined by Alex Peabody who offered to help get her off the ship. The fights meanwhile would continue as Slade battled LaFarge and Marcia fought Adeline. Despite her skills we'd quickly see Adeline was out matched against Queen Bee. This would be until Adeline managed to hit Marcia with a monitor screen, this would back Marcia up against another system which triggered the self destruct on the ship. Realizing their situation Slade would scream to Adeline to go and albeit with some hesitation she would run into the hall where she'd come across Peabody and Rose who would help get her to safety.
Meanwhile Slade in return would fight against both Queen Bee and Wade LaFarge as the countdown would begin. While Adeline, Peabody, Bland, Rose and Joe Wilson managed to escape on a vehicle we would see the self destruct trigger an explosion on the engines. This would bring HIVE's base of operations very much crashing down into the ocean before it'd explode. We would then see a brief time jump which showed Adeline now recovered from her injuries from being captive with HIVE raising both Rose and Joe Wilson using the money provided by Slade to provide them a normal life. While the family would all be under the impression that Slade gave his life to save them, we'd see in some flashbacks Slade washing ashore and being recovered from Wintergreen. Once again Slade would go into hiding as he looked to recover from his injuries. In reports following the crash which was noted by Rick Flag both Queen Bee and Wade LaFarge would also be flagged as deceased before we'd get to our final scene. As in a surprising cameo Oliver Queen (Alexander Ludwig) would join Bruce Wayne (Wes Bentley). Having used his technology and resources, Bruce would state that there are no signs of Slade out there. Asking if he believed Slade was dead, because as Oliver mentioned he survived and recovered when Oliver left him for dead. Bruce would close the film by saying that while he has no proof of Slade being alive or dead, they will be ready should he ever choose to resurface.
