Could you sell guns to vendors in 19th century America?

I ask because in Red Dead Redemption 2, you can sell just about anything you acquire, but not firearms. Rockstar deliberately did not include the option to. Was it because in 1899 / 1907 it was illegal or not common practice to sell used guns?

    Disturbing trends in design

This question might seem a little weird because it's about a figure that was released almost twenty years ago, but I want to ask it because I can't figure the answer out on my own . Lucidique was one of, and the only female action figure of the first series of the Tortured Souls figures by...

Abandoned WWE angles, storylines, and gimmicks

Mick Foley was said to be the one who would be the higher power controlling the Undertaker's Ministry of Darknes He didn't play that role, as his injuries had built up to the point where he couldn't face Steve Austin in a main event match.

Biggest "What Ifs" of the Ruthless Aggression era?

Their deaths, Brock Lesnar's departure, the Undertaker turning face, Kurt Angle getting injured, D'Lo Brown and Mark Henry's short lived heel run under the auspices of Teddy Long, severely weakened the era. When the key players changed, went away or left us, RA lost its appeal and never really...

    Mark Carrano

Some of the roster said he was cool with them. I won't highlight anyone, but one has already said so. Natalya took a selfie with him once and he seemed to be okay with it. Something here doesn't add up.

    Mark Carrano

I'm rather shocked by the recent actions of Mark Carrano. I saw him often in Total Divas and he seemed like a good person. How he delivered the belongings of a wrestler who was being released in a trash bag seems below the kind of man he was portrayed as. Do you think what we saw on tv was a...

    Bret Hart

The only thing about Bret Hart that I wish had worked out better was his first marriage. Julie appeared to have problems that he couldn't identity. I remember him saying that she would get mad at him, before and after they got married, for reasons he didn't have a clue about. Does anyone know...

    Bret Hart

Was: basically decent, yet a womanizer, hard working and professional. Now: settled down, more humane, loyal to his wife, more positive, wiser. Ethically more evolved.

    The Demi Monks

I mean no offense. On the contrary, I mean to show respect. I would say that when it comes to choosing people we can rely on, married couples without kids could more readily help others than those with kids. They aren't bound by timetables for feeding, changing diapers, taking their children to...

John Cena was a bigger PPV and ratings draw than Steve Austin in 1998

I'd say Cena got over more than Austin because at times, Austin's redneck personality was a little stereotypical. It was charismatic and could draw strong reactions from the fans, (it did from me, too) but Austin tended to go a little overboard. Cena was a little more diverse in that respect...

    The Demi Monks

The name of this thread might seem unusual, if not somewhat eccentric. I came up with it because I believe some of the competitors in WWE, even AEW, fit the bill to a certain extent. AJ Lee, Cm Punk, TJ and Natalia, Jonathan and Eva Marie all are married couples, yet they have no children and...

Did he, or did he not?

The flight attendant said he made her touch space mountain. He denies it. Tommy Dreamer said Flair had never forced himself on any women. What do we believe?

Dark Side of the Ring: Plane Ride From Hell Discussion Thread

I remember reading about the plane ride from hell back in 2002. It was one of the biggest shockers of the year. We could've lost Brock Lesnar before he rose to fame, Scott Hall before he sobered up and Curt Hennig when he'd just gotten back to the WWE after a lengthy absence. Vince and Linda...

    Bizzare events thread

But why in this particular case did he stun Shamrock? The two exchanged some words about Mankind being down in the corner and then Austin assaulted him. What for?

    Bizzare events thread

I've sometimes seen things happen that I can't reason too well. I'd like you to help me out with this. One event that springs to mind is when Stone Cold gave a stunner to Ken Shamrock on Raw, June 9th 1997, after he and Shamrock cleared the ring when the Hart Foundation ganged up on Mankind...

    Daniel Bryan

Well, so it was speculated, so it has come to pass. Bryan has signed with AEW. He's found a new purpose and a better audience to entertain. No longer does he have to put up with cowards or temporary heel turns. Bryan is in good territory now, surrounded by more trustworthy veterans and exciting...

    Chris Jericho thread

According to Powerslam magazine, Jericho blasted the fans back in 2002, calling them marks and never being happy enough with what WWE gave them. Was this the case?

    The Lord of Darkness thread

I'd like to dedicate this thread to an era in the Undertaker's career, in which I truly believe he brought darkness to the World Wrestling Federation. His actions made it clear his intent was sinister. Namely... Throwing Mick Foley from a great height, inevitably breaking bones and injuring...

Biggest "What Ifs" of the Ruthless Aggression era?

Along with John Cena, Chris Jericho and William Regal, Brock Lesnar was one of the reasons why so many people took an interest in the RE era. I was enamoured with the confidence in their acts of violence that those men generated. They were the most dominant forces I'd seen in a long time. The...
